Efficient AC, Electric & Plumbing Electrician
Finally found a company that fills all the boxes! Called and asked about the maintenance service. Got an appointment set up for the spring. Ross called on the day and made us aware of an arrival time. He was professional and personable. Serviced all three of our units in a timely manner. We are good to go! Will have our fall maintenance with them as well. So happy to find a company that is on top of it all. Excellent in all ways!

We are very pleased with Danny. He is a standup guy and helped us out on Xmas eve when everyone was closed. We are so glad we found him. We will call him next time for our emergencies because he comes through when you need him.

1st Home & Commercial Services Electrician
David was great! We woke up this morning after two freezing cold days to no water. For some reason, we thought we needed an electrician due to some recent trips with our breaker panel. David came out and went through all the possibilities, and found nothing. Then, David went above and beyond...and then some! He told us he thought our pipes were frozen, checked our faucets, asked questions, went outside to our water meter, checked outside faucets, everything. Did I mention he's an electrician?! David called one of their master plumbers still trying to solve the issue for us, and the master plumber was able to give some pointers. Within 30 minutes of being in our home, David not only confirmed that our electrical setup is just fine (relief), but he also helped to fix our frozen pipes! Unreal. He educated us on what to look for in terms of leaks, and how to prevent this from happening again. Thank you, David for helping two clueless homeowners! We are now customers of 1st Home for life.

SALT Plumbing Air & Electric Electrician
SALT sent a technician who installed a single plug and on/off switch (connected to another plug about 12 inches away).  He was very nice and professional and did a good job.  However, we were shocked when he finished (in about an hour) and said that the cost would be $689!  We knew there was a $79 'show up' fee (fair) and that it would likely cost $200 or so......but how they justify over $500 for a fairly simple task is beyond me.  We did go ahead because I had two other technicians already booked that afternoon who needed the electrical outlets to be in place.  But...I will NEVER use this service again.  I have talked with several electricians in our area who were similarly surprised by the fee.

Jon Wayne Heating & Air Conditioning Electrician
I called to have a water heater replaced in my home.   They were able to give me an appointment in 3-4 days.  The workers arrived on time, masked, introduced themselves and began taking a history.  The lead technician, Christopher was polite, informative and was able to give me an estimate within 15-20 minutes.   Our old water heater is easily accessible in the garage.  I already purchased a new heater and had it there in the garage as well.  Christopher stated there were several options on installation/ service plans etc.  I asked him for the least costly and he quoted me $2,400 as the cost-cutter (his words) option.  $2,400 to install a $400 appliance I had already bought on my own.  He stated he have to mount the expansion tank (already installed) a new circuit breaker box (heater already own its own breaker).   Understand the $2,400 did not even include the appliance itself.  I told him this seemed excessive, all I wanted was the heater replaced.  He asked me how much I expected to pay and told him $900-$1000.  Once I told him that, he asked how I would be paying for the $29 estimate fee.  I thanked him, paid him, he left quickly with barely a word spoken there after.  After about an hour of searching, I found the phone number of a local self-employed licensed plumber I had used about 3 years ago.  He remembered me and my wife and agreed to come over that day.  He arrived about 3 hours later, installed the water heater in about 3 hours.  He charged me $280.  We were so grateful we gave him a 20% tip, paying him $350.  I won't ever be calling these guys again, and I'll let any one I know with plumbing issues, my experience with them.
