I contacted Grayzer Electric for some work needed in the house. They were very apt and responsive. They let me know what each work item would cost, how long it would take and were direct about how many days to set aside and when that work could be done.

I wish that all electricians were as detailed and attentive to their customers.

Did Estimate through email and set everything up in a few hours. Came out earlier then he said and did everything great! Super happy with communication and speed and quality!

I had a relatively simple job, but kind of unusual. I just needed some custom wiring I did inspected by a pro, and Scott was very willing to help me out. He made some excellent observations, did some tests, and had some great advice that I was able to implement. I would absolutely reach out and use him again. He struck me as a solid, trustworthy guy, the type you'd want to hire for a project.

Had some GFCI outlets in the kitchen go bad-16 years old, so it was time. Louis was able to come out same day, troubleshoot and replace two outlets for $193. Fast service, great value. Can't beat it!  I'd call Louis again for anything electrical at my house!

I had a circuit breaker that continued to trip and found Raptor on Yelp. One of the owners came by and switched the breaker, checked it, and all was working so he left. It tripped shortly after so I called him back out and they arrived promptly and changed it to a different type of breaker. It has been working great since

We had a power outage at our business recently and we found Brad online.  It was early in the morning and he was the only electrician we could find that answered the phone.  He was out within 20 minutes and determined the issues within a few minutes.  Without his help we would have been down longer.  We have been needing an electrician for some time and after this quick response I think we have found one.  Brad was very professional and nice to work with.  He charged us what I thought was very fair and honest.

I had an appointment with Colvin Electric to have a chandelier and ceiling fan installed in my home.  The appointment was scheduled about a week in advance for a Friday morning.  The manager called me the Wednesday afternoon before asking if I would mind rescheduling to the following Monday, as they had an urgent job come up where someone's AC had gone out. I said I would, and asked if he could come in the morning because I had an appointment in the early evening.  He was not able to give me a morning time, but was confident after looking at Monday's schedule that they would be able to be there between 2 & 3 PM.  I said ok, but let him know that if it was later that 4 it was not going to work.  He said he understood and thanked me for being accommodating and understanding.  By 3:15 PM on the day of my appointment no one showed. I called and left a voicemail asking for an updated ETA. No return call.  At 4 I called again left a second message and at 4:30.  I also sent 2 texts. Good luck getting ANYONE  to pick up the phone there, or respond. Absolutely NO response.  I missed my appointment and subsequently left my house at 5:45 PM. 10 minutes later an electrician called me to say he was at my house but there was no answer. Seriously? I gave him the background and told him I could not reach anyone at his company and would not be using Colvin for this work or any other and please let the manager know.  The next day I get a text saying 'we hope you were happy with your service...'  What a disconnect.  I never got any response from Colvin.  Obviously they do not need your business.  Very unprofessional!!

Hunter Electrical installed four light fixtures for us. The service was prompt (tech arrived on time), professional and well-done.  The technician also checked our fuse box and recommended installation of a surge protector that a prior contractor had apparently failed to install. The tech had a surge protector with him and installed that as well. We heartily recommend Hunter Electrical to anyone needing electrical services done on their home or business.

The KW Electric team are very professional in every way: their vehicle, their professional appearance, their demeanor and they are great communicators. My husband and I have a light that is controlled by two switches. We tried to install a dimmer switch on one side, then the other, and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work. We installed dimmer switches on other lights successfully, he installed a couple and me the others. I spoke with Jason and explained what was going on. He asked if my husband had installed the switches. Not if I had, or if husband and I had, but only if my husband had. When I told him that my husband and I had both replaced the switches, and I had working on a few independently, he said it was impressive that I was able to do that and comfortable doing so. Despite me making the calls to Jason, and me setting up the appointments for him to look at wiring, and me explaining what was happening, he kept asking to speak with my husband. If my husband would be present when Jason looked at the wiring. When I said that my husband may or may not be present for meeting, Jason asked if I knew where the breaker box was. Perhaps he was checking on my competency level. He could have also easily asked where it is, instead of implying I don't know where it is. I doubt if my husband had called and told Jason that I had worked on the dimmers with him, Jason would have asked to speak with me. Or asked my spouse if he knew where the breaker box was located.

I'm sure Conquest does fine electrical work, but I would rather not be a patron of a company who's owner is sexist.

Jason did contact me after seeing this review. He said this was a misunderstanding, he was trying to be helpful, and regretted my opinion of him. He also said that he has several daughters and hires women at his company.

Talk about an amazing experience!  I had the pleasure of meeting David and having him install recessed lighting in my home.  David was thorough during installation as he meticulously measured the areas and asked me to confirm the placement prior to him cutting into the sheetrock.  If you are in the market for electrical work, PRIMOS is the way to go.

Jose is very professional and generous with his time. He was able to diagnose and resolve my issue and made an extra effort to listen to my questions and followup after the service call was over. Would definitely use his services again!
