Our house had some weird electric issues. One company came out and diagnosed. I called Crawford  for second opinion. Crawford told me the first diagnostic was wrong and did a thorough review of what's going on. He worked with my warranty company. Came out several times. Once at night and once in the am. Super professional, very honest, easy to schedule, and knew his stuff. Will be using for all further electrical issues.

An elderly friend needed some extensive electrical repair & fixture replacement. They were promptly there when they said they would be & were even better when they returned to do the work & found out there were more fixtures purchased for install than we originally told them. Although they had to split the install into two visits, it was still a most pleasant experience. They are the most courteous, kind, patient people I have had to deal with in customer service in a very long time. If you want high quality work and a level of customer service hard to find in today's environment, call them, you won't regret it!!

After speaking with several area electricians last month about installing a ceiling fan on a 16' high ceiling I decided to go with Empire based on reviews here. I set a date for Jan 3rd, confirmed the date a week ago and called in the AM to confirm the appt for later on that day. I was told that I would receive a call 1/2 hour before arrival. No call but two electricians showed up in the time frame. Only problem was they had no idea that the ceiling was 16' high, as I had discussed when setting this appt, it was not listed on their work order and they did not have a ladder. They said that they could come back the next day and I agreed, even adding some additional work to my order. 9-10 AM was the agreed upon time. By 2 PM it was pretty evident that no one was going to show. And during all of this there was not even a call from the company apologizing for the error. So I wasted 1.5 days of my own time on what should have been a simple swap out. I cannot say whether they do good work or not but as far as customer service goes I cannot recommend them. I have scheduled the install with another electrician for next week.

Needed repairs to the electrical for outside my patio. These guys are great. They were on time, fast, efficient, left no mess, and charged a fair price. Extremely happy with the job they did and how fast they responded.

I called to get an appointment and was asked what my issue was.  I described the issue and what I had already done to fix it and the fellow gave me another pointer to try.  I did as he described and it fixed my issue.  I will always call them first.  Plus, their diagnostic charge was less than others.  Don't look any further.  Call them now

I was able to get an estimate very quickly, and had an appointment scheduled within a couple of days. Technician was professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up prior to leaving. The work was completed exactly as quoted and matched existing home layout, you could not tell what was original work and what was added. Parts used were quality and price was fair.

They installed a new designated 40 amp circuit for my new hot tub. Very reasonable price and super helpful.

Had a bunch of outlets put in and an overheard microwave electric ran. Put some new outlets outside as well and made better an existing pool outlet. Also put lights up in the garage.

William Davis from Ryan Davis Electric came to my house yesterday to install a 50 amp outlet, a 30 amp outlet, move four other outlets up 3 feet in the walls that they were installed in and he also dropped a GFI into my water closet of the master bathroom. Work was done efficiently and professionally, and we are very satisfied. I would highly recommend this group.

These guys are good! Talked to Emily at the office and she got me lined up for a service call in short order. It was very close to Hurricane Irma and my Generator needed to be wired to my home. To be sure that happened, the owner, Billy stopped by during the midst of the hurricane to be sure I had power and to check on everything! That my friends is incredible service and all with a smile. For the first time since I moved to this house in 2003,  I called Mr Sparky to have an electrician install my new microwave oven/hood and also new fire alarms. The electrician, Mayer, was very knowledgeable and recommended an upgrade to my GFI outlet in the kitchen.  I feel so much better about the safety of my house.  I definitely have more projects for Mr Sparky and heartily recommend this company to anyone!

I picked David Gray for my small electrical issue based on past Yelp reviews and boy was everyone right giving them 5 stars!  The technicians Marty Dees and Daniel were amazing!  They fixed my problem quickly but efficiently and were soooo nice and accommodating.  I highly highly recommend them!

Needed to replace a Federal Pacific panel in the home I just purchased.  John gave a quote for the work based on photos from the home inspection.  He arrived on time, removed the faulty panel, rewired the replacement panel, labelled all the breakers and tested everything before leaving.  Very professional and efficient.  Final bill was exactly as quoted, accepts Zelle payments for convenience.  Will have him back to correct other issues noted on the home inspection.

Damian is professional, extremely knowledgeable and very kind.  He responded quickly, was able to schedule my project in just a few days and completed the project to perfection!  His prices are fair too.

He was also wonderful to my dog who kept bothering Damian to play :-)  I highly recommend Damian for all your home projects.
