William Davis from Ryan Davis Electric came to my house yesterday to install a 50 amp outlet, a 30 amp outlet, move four other outlets up 3 feet in the walls that they were installed in and he also dropped a GFI into my water closet of the master bathroom. Work was done efficiently and professionally, and we are very satisfied. I would highly recommend this group.

These guys are good! Talked to Emily at the office and she got me lined up for a service call in short order. It was very close to Hurricane Irma and my Generator needed to be wired to my home. To be sure that happened, the owner, Billy stopped by during the midst of the hurricane to be sure I had power and to check on everything! That my friends is incredible service and all with a smile. Thank you to everyone at A and B Electric for getting me going at my house for the Hurricane and my mothers home as well. This one is an EASY 5 Stars and then some!

Excellent Service and Caring. My HVAC quit wirking and lights started flashing on a Fiday night before Thanksgiving week. My AC Service technician came out and stated that I was only getting 104 volts of a 240 volt feed and found the main breaker was bad. I called Alex and he was out early Saturday morning. He stated I needed a new breaker panel but was booked until after Thanksgiving. He even callled other electricians in town to see if they vould perform the work. None were availale so he bypassed the main breaker temporily to power my house and was out to replace the panel after Thanksgiving. The work was completed promptly and professionally. We are greatful to P&R.

When we needed an electrician to wire our new Cummins 20 kW generator we considered Black Creek Electric Services but since they an hour away and several trips would be required we decided to use a St Augustine local company.  We were wrong and  should have used Black Creek.  The electrician that we hired did good work but he lacked sufficient detailed knowledge of Cummins generator wiring requirements.  As a result there were some glitches during the installation.  Even though we had not hired them Paul Allen from Black Creek during three separate long telephone conversations analyzed the problem and gave use invaluable help in resolving the issues.

We lost power late Sunday night. A JEA troubleshooting team said we needed new service from the street and new meters outside our house -- a big job.

Called several contractors Monday morning. AGE had a team out instantly, ready to dig a trench for the new underground service. They coordinated properly with the city and JEA to complete the job by Tuesday evening.

I might add that Brand X, a big-name contractor that advertises on the radio, was far less responsive, showing up after noon.

We couldn't be happier.

We selected Smith Electrical for our major changes to our recently purchased home in SAB. GREAT CHOICE! We met with their estimator, Cody, and he left us with all our questions answered. We left town when the next two teams came in to do their work. With a little help via wireless cameras, all went seamlessly and we saw daily progress at the end of the day. I'm an ornery retired General Contractor and this company shines, including the back office wrangler Angela. Job well done!

I can't say enough about this company! Vickie was amazing in getting me scheduled quickly for service. Made sure I knew when they would be coming. The tech, Eddie, called on his way. He came prepared with a mask to wear if requested. He communicated with me through the process and took care of my concerns. I am now signed up for their maintenance program to keep an eye on my older unit. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The BEST customer service

The electrical contractor office I work for refers most of our service calls to North Florida Electrical (as we are overwhelmed with new construction contracts).  I know that Bob Turner has been very responsive and his turnaround times are quick.  Definitely give him a call when you need electrical work!  904-568-5702

Chris and Sean were my techs. They replaced 3 ancient, noisy bathroom/lights ceiling fans. They did excellent work. They were prompt, reasonable and took great care of my home. We will definitely hire them again!

2 very groomed and well mannered men showed up at my house for an estimate. They gave me an agreed price to instant a interlock on my breaker box and installed a plug along side it. Spectrum was very professional and they did a clean and very nice install. 2 of the most knowledgeable and nicest men I've met. I would use them again and I recommend them to you!

I was moving and needed my house electric repaired for inspection. They gave me a quote came out and replaced the panel. The inspection happened and I failed, I called him to ask them why they never checked the outlets and they told me, the tenant living in the house told them not to. Also, they put a 225 amp panel on a 1200 square-foot house, left a live wire on the roof, and never scheduled a final inspection. To come back and finish the job right, they wanted an additional $1200. The next guy I called did it for 300. Save your money I would bolt on bolt

Do not trust these guys !! Not safe , not responsible !!! Crooks .... Not professional !!! Big disappointment !!! I'm a Jax native and would tell friends to run as fast as u can from this company
