I can't really rate them other than their responsiveness. When you call you get an answering machine with a message that promises to get back to you by the end of the day but that didn't happen until 2 days later.
However, when they did call back, they were able to get me on the schedule. and were very accommodating. To be continued..

The quote was reasonable and delivered via email when they said it would be and included a timeframe when the work could begin.

We selected Smith Electrical for our major changes to our recently purchased home in SAB. GREAT CHOICE! We met with their estimator, Cody, and he left us with all our questions answered. We left town when the next two teams came in to do their work. With a little help via wireless cameras, all went seamlessly and we saw daily progress at the end of the day. I'm an ornery retired General Contractor and this company shines, including the back office wrangler Angela. Job well done!

07-14-2021.  Smith Electrical electricians who, yesterday, in my home, removed 2 original light fixtures and installed 2 new ones, did a GREAT JOB.  They were both very professional, really knew their business, and cleaned up after they were done.

Smith Electric was a joy to work with. From the office that quickly responded to our call, to our technician, Jason they were very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. Jason was able to determine the very complicated problem and promptly fix it. The charges were very reasonable and we highly recommend them. We will definitely use them again.

Wayne's men were due at my home between 1 and 4pm. Arrived 1145 am and finished my repairs in an hour.  Always the best service at reasonable prices.

Last Thursday I had some home electrical trouble.  I called 15 different companies and contractors and got almost nowhere.  Most said they could get back to me in a few days.  Many of them never called me back.  It got so bad that the only thing I had running were the ACs, refrigerator and freezer, every thing else in the house was off at the panel.  Just about at my wits end, I connected with Smith Electrical Inc. and they said they would be there in 90 min.... SERIOUSLY!!!  Everybody else said a couple of days at least.  I went and grabbed the part needed and they were there before I got home in just over an hour.  (Yo made me stop at Dunkin')  They were there for just under an hour and everything was good.  Polite, professional and knowledgeable.  If you live within 40 miles of these guys, they should be your GO-TO electricians.
  On the flip side, the person that answered the phone said there would be an extra charge if they had to pick up the part so I went and got it.  I found out later from the guys that showed up that if they pick up the part then they would warranty it and if anything ever went wrong then they would fix it.  That would have been nice to know.  I also didn't know they had a military discount.  

All in all, a great experience and a smart way to run business.  Always have some extra bodies to take care of the little guys.  Nice!
