If you need electrical work, I cannot recommend Kelly electric highly enough. They come when they say they're going  to and the work is done well and efficiently.

I thought I needed new fans. It turned out that all I needed was the remote codes reset and an understanding of how the dimmer function worked on the remotes. I just saved a great deal of money.

I was able to get an estimate very quickly, and had an appointment scheduled within a couple of days. Technician was professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up prior to leaving. The work was completed exactly as quoted and matched existing home layout, you could not tell what was original work and what was added. Parts used were quality and price was fair.

It was a wonderful experience working with Santa Fe Electric. I needed to upgrade a panel on a 60 year old house and was dreading it. Hannah responded quickly to my request for an estimate and managed the job perfectly. Frank, Ed and Kevin were on time and did a great job. I'm glad to have found them and will call them for any future electric work. I can't recommend them strongly enough.

Do you know how hard it is to find a good electrician near Melrose?  They either don't exist, don't show or are too busy.  Jimmy Dennis, the owner of Ray's Electric, gave us an estimate and came back to do the work perfectly in record time -- all at a terrific price.  My only hesitation in giving an ecstatic review is that I won't be able to get an appointment if they get too busy!!!

In the spirit of full disclosure and to be completely accurate I am a return customer of T&M Electric.  They have successfully performed several electrical services for our family over the years and so it was no surprise that their most recent visit was a continuation of that good service.  A breaker which will not reset is generally an easy fix until it becomes apparent that it is not the breaker.  The T&M technicians were able to isolate the problem, which turned out to be a faulty outside plug, and make the necessary repairs in a very short time frame.  It is worth noting that the team was at my home exactly when they said they would be and, although they opened numerous outlets looking for the problem, return everything to exactly as they found it. The price, the timeliness, and the knowledge of the electrical business are why we continue to recommend T&M Electric.

John Cuda Affordable Electrical Services did a very poor job at my home .
He installed a new breaker panel box with old breakers after telling me the day before he would install new brakers.

You don't install a new panel box with old breakers.

I called and the answering service talked over me.  And then they aren't taking any new clients so don't bother to call.

Had a bunch of outlets put in and an overheard microwave electric ran. Put some new outlets outside as well and made better an existing pool outlet. Also put lights up in the garage.

About six weeks ago, when my terminally ill father was in at home palliative care, our electricity went out. I was fully panicked-- there were so many things we needed to utilize for him that required electricity or refrigeration. The following morning, I called Coastal and explained the situation. The team came over promptly, diagnosed the issue, worked with the city for the permit, and coordinated with the electric company. Everything was so organized and so quick-- and within a few hours of me calling, everything was up and running. The staff was truly wonderful-- from Lisa in the office to the owner, Trey, to the two gentlemen who came out on the service call. Their prices are fair and reasonable, and they put so much heart and care into what they do. I am beyond grateful for the team at Coastal and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Second time I used them, I had a fan that was 9 months old moved from one room to the other. Called them after a guest stayed with me and informed them it was constantly making noise and could they check it out as a warranty request. They said yes. I scheduled the appointment Two weeks in advance. I then called the morning of and confirmed again. I then proceeded to take the afternoon off work to wait for them. Around 4 o'clock I called them to find out where they were and at that time they informed me that they didn't feel like coming out here and that I should just buy a new fan to pay to have them install again because they claim that the technician told me the fan was making noise. The technician pointed out that the fan has some noise upon start up and I told him that was normal but I didn't run the fan for any amount of time until I had a guest stay will me. The man I spoke to was just so bothered by having to deal with me. He told me they'd be around at some point when they came back through. 3 weeks have passed and I've heard nothing. I will never use them again if that is how they treat their customers. Unreal.
