Very Professional! Great Work! Use them often...if your looking for a good reliable Plumber or HVAC (they do this too!)...I highly recommend and they won't make you take out a 2nd Mortgage to get your work completed!

Thank you Godby for coming out in an emergency call. I had no air conditioning and my 90 year old mother coming to my house. Adam fixed the problem in a very professional manner. A big, big thank you to Stephanie for her patience and calmness. You told me you would see it through and you did. Thank you.

How do I say this delicately, AVOID THIS BUSINESS LIKE THE PLAGUE! I have not been so disappointed or felt so cheated by a business in quite some time. I called to schedule an appointment to have a bathroom exhaust fan replaced. I asked the dispatcher the cost and she said she had no prices but the amount would be given to me by the electrician sent to the job. Also, she stated their was a $69.00 dispatch fee. Ok, I have dealt with electric projects in homes spanning the last 20 years so no problem, I was willing to pay market rate for the work.
BAD ASSUMPTION on my part that I was dealing with a reputable company. The electrician inspected the very basic bathroom exhaust fan and quoted me $489.00 plus the $69.00 dispatch fee to install the bath fan. Also, the quote came from a laminated price book that clearly had the prices and the work spelled out. So, the person who scheduled the appointment didn't need any technical background to give me a price.
$558.00 to install a replacement bathroom exhaust fan (the duct work and electric was already in the ceiling). Needless to say, I sent the electrician on his way but was stuck with a $69.00 dispatch fee, which felt like another cheat because if the original appointment scheduler had shared with me their ridiculous pricing schedule, I never would have set the appointment. Scott, the electrician said there prices were within 3% plus or minus of the market prices. Well that was bologna too.
I called and had Danville Electric (a licensed, bonded and insured electrician company) come out and install the replacement exhaust fan and they charged me $135.00. The moral of this story...Mister Quik is a horrible company and should be avoided. I have several rental properties and have dealt with so many contractors over the years but never have I had one be so unethical with their prices and sales methods.
Avoid, avoid, avoid. I would have said ZERO stars but Yelp requires you to pick at least one. They deserve NO starts for the unethical sales practices.

He gave me a bid for new AC and air handler! When he came he cut gas line and just let it go in air! He then installed old equipment! Air handler is 10 years old, A/C is 6! I had different contractor tell me how of everything was! The day I told him not to come back he pulled permit 2 weeks after he started! Lines are two small! Electric is in wrong! Thermostat wired wrong! He bypassed my heat pump so it wouldn't even kick on! This is all supposed to be brand new equipment why is he bypassing!!! Awful experience! I want my money back and he can have his 10 year old equipment back! Everything has to be replaced! I am suing him!
