Best Drain Cleaning in Houston TX

Due to time constraints and a house project that was in desperate need of attention we reached out to a few service providers on an estimate to have the old grout and silicone removed and new grout installed within a shower along with new silicone bead.  

Every service we spoke to was willing and able, but City & Beyond took the time to answer our questions and seemed most genuine toward their customer's needs.  The pricing was very reasonable in our assessment so we agreed and set a time.

The installers were on time and began work quickly.  They spent quite awhile on the removal of the grout and silicone making sure not to perform the work poorly.  Then on the installation of the new grout they made sure to correct some deficiencies in the original home installation.  

When it was all said and done they advised some recommendations on what to do moving forward including how best to re-seal the tile and new grout once it was cured.

I would highly recommend this company for projects around the house you may not have time or the skill set to perform.  They are patient, thorough, and take pride in their work.  We will call them again in the future!!!

They installed an electric stove top for me, to replace an old one that had broken.  They really went above and beyond given that the previous installation was done incorrectly which made it difficult to remove.  They cleaned as they went and everything was spotless when they finished.  All at a very attractive price.  Would use them again and definitely recommend them.

Woke up on a Saturday morning to an AC unit not working. Placed a call a someone actually picked up the phone. Made an appointment and was told it would be late afternoon before a tech will out to help us. To our surprise maybe 30-45 mins later received a call that a technician was on his way. George was pleasant to work with and completed the repair and our unit was working again. Very professional and would recommend their services.

Needed an electrician for a simple repair, scheduled an appointment and the electrician never showed up. When I called the main office, they told me the electrician was looking at his calendar for the wrong day. OK - I understand stuff happens. I scheduled for later that week, and at the scheduled time, no one shows up. I called the office, this time they said they had no record of an appointment. That's unacceptable.  Standing me up twice - I will never use this company, and would absolutely not recommend it to anyone. If you can't count on someone to even show up for an appointment, how could you trust the work that they do?

We discovered water leaking out the side of our house from inside the wall, coming from our bathroom. The plumber showed up as promised but proceeded to rip tiles out of our wall around our bathtub fixtures, stripped the screw for the faucet handle, guessed that the leak was coming from under the  tub, and quoted us over $3000 to pull the tub out and fix the leak.  And charged $470 for absolutely nothing. We decided to get a second opinion from another company and sure are glad we did.  It took him no time at all to pinpoint that the leak was actually coming from behind our dual sinks.  My husband and I are absolutely livid over our experience with Abacus and will never recommend them to anyone else. Now we're left with a torn-up wall and fixture that we have to shell out even more money to repair.
