They go above and beyond to solve their customer's issue, keep it to the point, no efforts to sell extra services, and a fair pricing (which they don't negotiate and I love that). Oh another thing I would like to share is that I was looking up electricians in my neighborhood. They showed up at the top of the list, had good reviews, so I thought i will reach out to them. I reached out to a few others as well. All of the others said they could come the following Tuesday (this happened on a Saturday). These guys responded within 10 minutes and were at my place within an hour. They came, checked the circuit breaker, went and bought a new one, and replaced it along with checking the others. Every step in the process was smooth and I would hire them again, not just for electrical work but for any of the many services they provide! Highly recommend them!

We have been doing business with weeks service for over 10 years never had any problems. Air conditioning unit went out this past Saturday. You can imagine the level of stress weekend house, full of guests and the ac is out in July. Weeks technician Mark had our unit up and cooling within 4 hours of our phone call.

Brian did an amazing job installing some window shades I bought online. He fixed the holes in my walls, hung up a mirror I needed help with, reinforced all my other pictures and hangings so they were secure, and made sure everything was to my liking. He even fixed my squeaking door on his way out! Brian was very efficient with his time and was very professional. He even brought his own booties so the house wouldn't get dirty! I would definitely recommend Brian and this company for any handyman needs. They respond quickly and were readily available on short notice. My money was well spent!

For some reason electricians are hard to come by, wife and I had just bought a double oven and above micro wave, which to our surprise after pulling out our 30 yrs old oven out didn't have an outlet for micro wave and installers due to arrive on Friday. My wife found Parco Electric on yelp wednesday, I called them they were able to work me in on the same day, called prior to arrival, on time, and had the work completed shortly afterwards, cleaned up the mess, did a great job, at a resonable rate. However, when the installers showed up, I had chosen the wrong location for the outlet, called Parco on Saturday, again showed up same day, relocated the outlet no questions asked and did it on a good will basis, who does that these days. awesome people to work with, honest, proffessional, reliable, and would recommend these guys to anyone. I will actually be using them for our company electrical needs in the future. Paid $7224 to resolve my GFI 's Popping. Next day 2 GFIs popped and wouldn't reset. Called Austin and Houston regional managers. Both promised to resolve issue and review my $7224 invoice. A repairman called to say he was on his was but had no idea why or what the issues were,, i explained.  He came for a few minutes and left. I sent a text Austin manager, no reply. Still haven't heat a word from ANYONE.   Feel like I was conned, work not done properly and no on at Abacus will even call or return a text.  This company will take your money.  That's all they do. The can't diagnos, can't fix,can't repair and won't communicate. Worst  repair  service ever. Beware and don't trust anything they promise. They won't deliver and won't even talk to you once you pay them.
