Jay and his apprentice gave us an excellent description on how generators work and what to expect. Went over the installation procedure and maintenance procedures. The estimate include pouring the cement pad, installing the generator, and hooking up the transfer switch. They were out here in a few days and had it installed in 3 hours. They installed a 20Kw witch is the same price as the 17Kw that HD sells. All around a great company to do business with.
