He did a great job fixing my sink, he responded in a timely manner.  The only thing I didn't get was my receipt but he fixed the problem with my sink!

We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

PDG Construction is the best handyman service in the city. I have never worked anyone who was as honest, clean and meticulous as PDG. They are very knowledgeable and do great work. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I had several small projects that needed to get done-having used Jeremy when I first moved to Peoria, I called him again.  Chris, a member of Jeremy's team, did a great job with all of the projects--repairing 2 holes in stucco and reattaching a patio light to a stucco column, fixing a crack in a patio wall, reattaching several loose bricks in a patio seating area and balancing a fan in the master bedroom.  All of these were done well, efficiently and in a cost effective manner.  Chris was friendly and cleaned up the work areas so that you didn't even know he was there. Thanks, Jeremy and Chris, for a job well done (again!!).

I have several projects in my house and wanted to get connected to a good handyman.  I sent out several requests for quotes and decided to go with Jeremy.  The first project was to replace everything in my toilet tank.  I made sure to explain exactly what I wanted done and selected Jeremy.  He gave me a fair quote, in line with others, and I booked it.  Upon the plumber's arrival, I showed him the area, again explaining what was to be done.  I then asked him to confirm the cost.  Well, he said he thought it was just the flush valve that was to be replaced, not the entire contents of the toilet and told me it would be double! to do it all, which would have come in over $300.  In his own email to me he referenced the job as rebuild toilet.  I don't think just replacing a flush valve is considered a rebuild.

I have since had the job done (correctly - complete replacement of tank contents) by another firm, and the cost was inline to what I was originally quoted.  I was very disappointed with this experience.  I am a senior citizen and my husband was out of the house at that time; that may have had something to do with it.

Jeremy, I booked directly with YOU.  YOU gave me the quote and the plumber who contacted me was given the job by you.  I think you have a problem with the people that are representing you and your business.  End of messages.  I'm done with this.  No more 'spins' please.

We wanted to remodel our kitchen, with way too many ideas in our heads. Lyra really honed in on what we were talking about and her design was came out better than we could of imagined. Ryan and his crew were prompt and his communication was great.

I have used The Scottsdale Handyman for years. When I used to own rental properties all I did was call Eddie & give him the info about the particular problem &  the contact info on a tenant & Eddie would take it from there. The work was done in a timely manner & never had a complaint about his lack of professionalism or his manners. From installing a water heater to hanging pictures. From fixing irrigation to installing toilet & such, Eddie can do it all. I have found that there is no job too small or too large for The Scottsdale Handyman!

Ruben is such a great guy! We had a big repair needed for our Air Conditioner, and it was late at night, and he was able to come and help us and fixed the AC with like 1 hour notice. He saved the day!! It was super hot that night (it was this past Thursday night) and he was able to get the AC back and running. So we were able to survive the Phoenix heat!  Thanks Ruben. Smallish job: repairing garage drywall after we had a water-softener loop installed, and also fixing our side gate. Three men did it in less than a day. Garage drywall looks great now, and the gate is now working smoothly, has new sealed wooden slats, and we're very happy campers.

Being a first time home buyer it's easy to be scammed by contractors, electricians, roofers- you name it. I wanted to be sure I found someone who was honest, clear and good at what they do. I'm so glad I found that with Elvis and his wife Maisa. From day one they were straight with me on what needed to be done and what they can do within my budget whilst also being super chill people to talk to. BEWARE: I hired David with Mohave Leveling to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review
