Three bathroom countertops and a complete walk-in shower remodel.  The contractors were great.  The workers were very easy to work with-clean-and the finished product was exceptional.  Had bids of 6k over what I paid and I know there is no way it could have been any better.  Give Leonel a try and you won't regret it.  I found this company on this site and used him because of the reviews.  Passing it on!

Alex and his crew are extremely professional and were always on time. Alex is beyond talented and has an eye for interior design and went above and beyond. During the bathroom demo we found a builder error, actually builder errors all over the house and he fixed everything beyond my expectations. He picked up tile in the morning and would manage to still be earlier for the job.  The tile work in the downstairs living room is gorgeous. He came up with a reverse herringbone in the dining room that looks like it could be featured in architectural digest magazine. If you are looking for a contractor who doesn't flake and will make sure that the work is perfect PLEASE book with desert custom flooring! You will not regret it!

Ruben is such a great guy! We had a big repair needed for our Air Conditioner, and it was late at night, and he was able to come and help us and fixed the AC with like 1 hour notice. He saved the day!! It was super hot that night (it was this past Thursday night) and he was able to get the AC back and running. So we were able to survive the Phoenix heat!  Thanks Ruben. Where do I start. Horrible Horrible work.  They were hired to do a complete gut in an older house.  This was a big job and the remodel was to many of the rooms.  I have some building experience so I checked their work as they went, and some of what I found was very scary.  First, the electrical work was not done to code.  A kitchen island was wired with 15 ga. wire to a 20A breaker. Other outlets were wired the cheapest way, but not as code required. The water faucets used were cheap faucets from China, and many started leaking soon after they finished.  The tile floor was not put in level in some places and the grout has cracked in many areas. The tile work in some areas is not straight, other title work is good, but it just depends on who did the work. Some of their workers dis a good job, while others did a horrible job.  

Few of the workers spoke English, and worse, they had very little respect for our front or back yards. Nightly we had to pick up all the trash they left, and their fast food wrappers from their lunch would often blow into the neighbor's yards. The granite had some problems, and the cabinets, while the installer did a good job, were cheap, and hinges and hardware broke months after.  

I guess I could go on and on, but if you are looking for consistently high quality work, you won't find it here. They use unlicensed tradespeople, who are often rushed to get the job completed as quickly as possible, and the final job shows it.

Today I will be replacing their junky faucets that last 6 months at best.  My advice is pay slightly more and get a quality job. Otherwise, you WILL be sorry.

Alex and his crew tiled our large shower and garden tub area. The job was a very challenging task of 250 sq ft of porcelain tile, marble shower floor tile and decorative stone. Great communication and very informative and valued input. Reasonable price and quality work. Highly recommend.

Ruben did a great job on my backsplash.  Very attentive to details.  Will definitely use him again.  Highly recommended.

Leonel was easy to work with and made communication extremely simple. Manny and Enrique did an amazing job with our bathroom remodel  and we couldnt have been happier. The whole bathroom process took about 10 days from start to finish.

Patterson did the flooring in our two story home and it came out great. We had a budget, specific flooring, and a small timeline but Sam Matei was able to meet all of our needs and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely use Patterson for all of our remodeling needs!
