I just moved from the PNW and after caring for 1/3 acre myself for years, I wanted to make my Arizona backyard simple but easy to enjoy. For the time being, I just needed to get started and all I needed was some synthetic grass for my little dog and rocks to cover the dirt. Scott came in and gave his opinions and thoughts - since I was used to a lush, green, high-maintenance backyard - I told him I wanted this to eventually be an extension of the living room, but over time. We came up with plans for the future (I.e. pavers, patios, outdoor kitchen, etc) but for now we lay the foundation and build off of it later. Scott and his team came through and did it quickly! They are extremely efficient and their quality is unmatched, even for this small of a job. I'm very excited to have Scott out again to extend our patio with pavers. We've had a number of pool care companies over the years. Most start off great, then after a few months, the trips get shorter and shorter--when they only come for 5 minutes and ask for $50 or so, that's not OK. Or the owner starts sending a new hire, who just doesn't care.

Not with Dustin. He does all the work. He spends the time he needs to make the pool look right. And he's been doing that consistently for us for years now. Knowledgeable, dependable and fair. Bottom line: hire him with confidence.

David Dickinson owns this business as well as Demo Done Right. I had my old kitchen torn out. Cabinets were replaced by C & F Cabinets (good company other than referring me to David Dickinson). He refused to fill in some of the holes in the wall caused during the demo. The patching of the ceiling drywall was not matched to my old pattern. Was told that if I painted it enough, the paint would cause it to smooth out (seriously?). He oversaw the countertops through another company. When the company told me they did not need a template to cut the countertops, and I insisted that they did, David told me they didn't, and now the countertop was not cut properly as we had discussed and looks unprofessional (~$4000 job). I'm still left with drywall spots all over the floor and walls. I was told it would wash up easily, so why didn't they wash it up? I  accidentally found out that David charged me $65 each for 3 LED lights that I found at Home Depot for ~$8 each (a 7x markup). This makes me wonder how much he might have marked up other parts of the job. When confronted, he said I insulted his integrity and refunded me almost half of the LED costs. Would not recommend either of his companies.

We hired them to do a few changes in our backyard. Remove old rock and replace with new as well as install a few mini palms and install a paver path along the side of the house and install new sod. At first they only had one person working on it so project ended up taking longer than expected. During install they tried dumping old rock into neighbors side which also had rock of a different color. I had to tell them to remove them and dispose of them like we had agreed. Then they did not level ground before laying down sod. All sprinklers are at different height with giant holes around each head where soil was dug up by them and not put back. Paver path is completely uneven and water line that they ran to mini palms was less than a foot deep and is now leaking and they refuse to make any repairs. Stay away from this company. Will also be reporting them to BBB.
