The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

We had a great experience with Mark and his team at M2. Mark responded to our initial inquiry quickly and we were able to make an appointment the next day for him to come to our house to see the space and discuss options with us. We discussed what we had in mind and Mark found us three samples based on the concepts we discussed. All three samples fit our house and style so much that we had a hard time deciding!! Once we did, the entire process was quick and easy. We 100% love the work and will for sure use Mark for all of our projects!

Leonel came out for an estimate yesterday to replace all the tile on my first floor, about 1100 SF.  He was fair, honest, thorough, friendly and professional.  He explained all aspects of the job and gave me a detailed estimate on the spot.  He may even have me talked into redoing my Master Bath!  Now off to the bank for the home improvement loan!

At first the service was very good they answered all questions gave a quote quickly talked us through options. After we got the final measurements we didn't hear from anybody for a week. All this time we had an inoperable kitchen. We call them and email with no response finally we get through to someone and they hadn't ordered the material yet. They are expanding and we fell through the cracks. They rushed the order so it would be another week after they got the material instead of the normal 2. Ok sounds good. The date they told us passes so again we call and they said Thursday or Friday someone would call with a time. Nobody calls and Thursday afternoon they show up while we were walking out the door. Luckily we were able to move things around and wait while it was installed. The process went quickly but they didn't know what to deal with our bowed wall and the bar piece wasn't installed well. When they measured I asked how big of a piece can be installed without extra support I guess we had different definitions of extra support because now there is a big piece of ugly plywood that can be seen from the couch. There are scratches along the fronts and the seams weren't caulked. We asked about getting that fixed and installing a matching backsplash they said no problem Monday or at the latest Tuesday. Never heard from them. We texted and called they said it had to be pushed to Thursday. They never called. We call Friday morning and they said they did call Thursday but didn't leave a voicemail. We had no missed calls so I don't know if they did. We talked to the owner and again said they are expanding.

I am changing my review from 1 Star. The owner and installer came on Saturday morning and finished everything and installed the backsplash. They said that is how they install bars with 2cm so nothing could be done about that.. so be aware of how that will look. Aside from that the overall look is great. I am leaving it at 3 because of the amount of time it took and hassle. Hopefully we were a one off and this isn't normal for this company.

We had horrible layer of wax on our travertine floor. It was really difficult to get remove and it was making our floor look like it was damaged beyond repair. Alex and Carlos were a pleasure to work with and they expertly removed the wax and polished our travertine floor. Now we have a glossy, shiny floor and that made the interior of our house look 10x newer! Super happy!

Martin and his team are some of the best in the Valley!! They are so kind, thoughtful, respectful, and genuinely kind people. We are so pleased with all the work they helped us with, including a new fireplace and surround, wainscoting, whole home painting, lighting, shiplap, and many other projects! Outstanding communication and even better people! It's been a pleasure to meet Martin and Calvary Tile & Stone will be my first and only contact when we need any construction, electrical, and/or any other help!

Ben is probably the nicest and most knowledgeable granite/tile guy I've ever met.  He treated us great from start to finish - and after shopping around, our kitchen countertops ended up costing significantly less than other options.  The folks that Ben selected to do the installation were friendly and the end result was awesome.  Ben, thank you so much!!  I live in the east valley, so I was a little concerned about having to drive all the way to the airport to visit the showroom, but I am SOOOO glad I did.  Totally worth it - and if I EVER need tile or granite again, I know where I'm going - I will definitely recommend to anyone I know.  Ben sent a thank you card a week after the install, and I immediately called him and told him that he was the one that deserved to be thanked!  I will be doing business with Ben again in the near future (wife would like to fix up a bathroom downstairs).  A++++ experience.

Absolutely amazing! So far we've looked at the materials and I've gotten the quote and the contractor/owner is absolutely fabulous!

We had approximately 1100 sq ft of tile installed by Optimum. They are large (8x48) plank style porcelain tiles which are not easy to lay. The final product is amazing. Joe and his guys did a great job. We had a few small issues that were quickly resolved. The customer service provided by the company is better than most. It is obvious that they care about customer satisfaction. We will definitely hire them again and we plan to in the near future. Also, their prices are very reasonable.

I definitely will recommend Alex he's very detailed and he really puts the effort so the work can come out perfect. We had tile in the past but the cement from the prior work was bad and he took the time to fix those errors instead of rushing to get the job done. He really made the image I had in mind come to life.

I had a backsplash nightmare- install done terribly. I reached out to see if this company could help me fix itA although they are too booked out to help, the owner was very kind in walking me through what went wrong and advice on what to do. Very appreciative of his time to have a discussion with me! Will definitely use them for future projects!

White Builder - Ellen and her team are fantastic! The team that they have are professional, talented, and really care about your project. Our kitchen remodel was a challenge, but they met it head on and worked their magic- it's beautiful. They take pride in the work they do and it shows. Highly recommend them and we'll be using them again in the future - amazing!

Just got my kitchen countertops done and they are absolutely gorgeous! Fábio, Cesar and Ellen did an amazing job! From beginning to end they were professional and patient with me as I had some kitchen delays due to my kitchen installer being late on the project.

It was an easy and enjoyable process! The finish of the slab is beautiful. They also left everything clean once they left.

Terrible service. We had granite counters installed and they say they will be done in 1 day. Well that didn't happen. Then they damage the granite, in several places, and don't even say anything about it and leave. After leaving them a message to have them call me they call my wife and send someone out to repair the granite and the walls that they messed up. The repair is still visible and they are saying that it is just part of the stone. Well that's a bunch of BS because they have just used what appears to be silicone to fill it in with and it doesn't even match!! STAY AWAY from this company!!! They are terrible to work with. We had even asked them at the beginning to give us a quote on re-facing our cabinets and they told us they would have it in 3 days. Well still never got that quote and it has been over a month and after this crap sure wont be using them anyways. Though we would use a local company and keep in the community. Well that was sure the wrong thing to do here!!! Trying to figure out to upload pictures here so you can see the horrible workmanship!!

This is the second time using Apache tile on one of my rentals.  Quote was not the cheapest but I didnt need to baby sit the project.  Had to call the installer a couple times to make sure they are on track.  Happy with the overall process.
