Blue Dot Pools built a pool for my family this summer and we are THRILLED!!! The expertise and attention to detail from start to finish was truly impressive. I had a neighbor that started a pool build a month before we did and our pool was finished before his! James, one of the owners, is passionate about pools and he is able to guide a newbie like me through the entire process with patience and professionalism. Also, I am a busy realtor and I use Blue Dot Pools for help with repairs for clients and general information. Highly recommend!!!!!

I never give poor reviews and really had high hopes based on the positive reviews ( although most are very old). I am really disappointed with this company. The owner Fabio came out to my home and gave us an estimate. We communicated for weeks planning my kitchen remodel with Jennifer. I purchased the materials needed and they gave me an appointment to come to the shop to review everything with the owner Fabio and sign the contract.
My husband and I took the day off to meet at their warehouse to look at quartzite materials and sign the contract. We arrived early and no one was at the shop. I called several times and finally an employee named Jennifer answers to tell us they will not be able to meet today.
I understand emergencies happen, but a phone call to cancel would have been the least they could do after we drove for 45 minutes to the shop. I should have not had to keep calling and be stuck outside in this Arizona heat trying to figure out what is going on. The owner Fabio never returned my call. No follow up to reschedule...nothing! Complete disregard for our time and project. Horrible service and a waste of time.
****Here is one of two estimates attached, I also have the text message transcripts between the company and I for our appointment that shows the date and time( Friday ) as well as other information regarding final colors and materials. Next time please be honest and just accept your mistake and apologize for wasting our time. I would have been happy to update my review based on that, but falsely claiming that I am not a customer when you have been to my home for an estimate and follow up is very unprofessional.

Have known the owner for a while, but this was the first time I've actually used his business for handyman services.  The project was a dishwasher installation (remove old, install new).  It was completed without a hitch!  Eddie was on time, did an excellent job, verified everything was OK, and cleaned up afterward.

Please do not hesitate to use this company!

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

Deck remodel:
Over all quality was very good. The crew, led by Freddie, was a pleasure to deal with. The communication from James the owner was poor, that is the only reason that I won't give a 5 star rating. I awarded the bid to James, faxed my contract to his office and gave 50% down with them over the phone. After 5 days I still hadn't heard anything. I called the office to see if they had a start date. They replied that James would have to handle that. I texted him and asked for a start date. He replied the same day stating that he had a few decks in front of me and had to see how far the crews had gotten and would get back to me as soon as possible. 7 days later I finally hear from him. He asks if they can start the next day. I replied absolutely. 2 days later, still no crew. The next day he replied that there had been a mix up and they would be out the next day, and they were. The crew was very friendly, clean and did fantastic work. 2 weeks later I found a couple spots where the paint didn't stick after a rain. I text James back and a crew had the trouble spot repainted with in 2 days and that time it stuck.

MBMR Restoration and Painting did a fantastic job with painting, new carpet, and more! I will hire them again, without hesitation! They are hardworking, professional and easy to work with. You will not be disappointed!

Our counters look great and Fabio gave us a great price compared to others. Also was willing to work with us after we had a few set backs. Would use him again and also recommend to others.

My pool looks amazing! And I think for the first time sense the pool has been put in the filter is running properly and my pool is crystal clear! When they first came out to give me a quote they took the time to really check the water to make sure it was good to go! I was very impressed with this as the others I had come out just dipped a strip in and said what it needed. Over all they quoted me a fair monthly price to service my pool weekly! I've been using Eddy for the last few years and I highly recommend him.  He's worked on multiple projects big and small for me, with rental properties, selling a home and buying a new home that needed a lot of work, and I even flew him out to the east coast to work on a bathroom renovation at a vacation home.  He's very meticulous with his work and always makes sure you're happy with the results.  Very trustworthy and reasonable with his rates, much better than other handymen I have used before.

Jerry repaired drywall, installed baseboards and photosensor recently.  He responded my requests quickly and arrived to the site on time.  In addition, He completed repairs in a short period of time and did an excellent job!

Jerry and his crew did an amazing job!   I am in Texas and needed to find someone to move beds at my parents house in Goodyear.  They moved one king bed up stairs and set it up and then assembled another with electric frame downstairs.   My parents were thrilled with how friendly and helpful Jerry was.  They are so happy they now have someone to call for any other repairs or help they may need.  I would HIGHLY recommend JNB for whatever project you may have.

Go To Services is a highly professional, and more importantly, trustworthy company. We have a busy toddler & needed a pool fence installed ASAP. They came out & installed one fast and helped me find solutions to other safety concerns I had with my pool area to ensure it was safe for my child. We are extremely pleased with the work!

I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me.
