I am a very picky person with attention to small details. When I was looking for a bathroom/flooring contractor I vetted rigorously. It's not easy to just allow anyone into your home. I'm sure many others feel the same way, so as you can imagine I only wanted the most skilled & the most trustworthy people to work on my house. Thankfully, I found Alex by doing a Yelp search in my area. I vetted several contractors before finding Alex. All the others just didn't hit the mark for meFrom the very start Alex was very easy to talk to, competent, very well experienced in his line of work & very professional. We did a full bathroom remodel - all gorgeous marble symmetrical from floor to ceiling. We wanted no grout lines & only symmetrical cuts. Alex had 2 guys do the entire bathroom remodel which took several days. I have to say they were truly the most respectful guys. Every morning they would kindly greet us, let us know what they're getting done that day. They were quick to yield & allow me my space anytime I wanted to inspect their work. They laid out plastic throughout our home to walk on. They were clean, tidy & organized. Very respectful of our property. They were not only respectful people, but also very polite which is refreshing to see in the construction industry. More importantly, we were blown away by their precise skill when it came to the perfect marble cuts & leveling of the tile. If I could use one word to describe their work; it's precision. They didn't miss a single detail. Not a single corner, not a single piece. Marble is not an easy stone to work with. Marble is precious & delicate. It requires true craftsmanship done with taste. Alex and his guys were a true testament to that authentic craftsmanship that so many other contractors simply don't understand or care for. If you are considering a bathroom remodel & are like me- someone who wants the best & values trust- you must go to Alex because he & his team will execute that job gracefully.

We also hired them to install all new floors & baseboards. Most people would never know they're laminate because they look & feel like high-end solid floating hardwood. Every piece was perfectly placed & snapped on. They also added a soft material underneath so that the floors are easier on your feet and joints.
All the work they did was done skillfully & timely.

If you've come this far in your vetting process & research looking for a qualified contractor to hire then you need to call Alex. Talk to him about what you have in mind, the ideas you have & show him photos of what you're thinking. He is very competent, has good taste, has an eye for aesthetics, is very easy to talk to, & will also bounce ideas if you need some pointers. Total remodel of two story home (which included removing and laying new tile and hardwood stairs on both floors, added additional lighting throughout house, removed and added new doors throughout house, removed old wall paper and repainted every room (including ceilings), extended patio deck and handled all permitting through the city, installed new ceiling fans, prewired electrical for new TV's and bar area.

Most important, this was a very honest and trustworthy family to work with, which was our primary criteria for selecting them in the beginning, they were outstanding!

I would love to see what email your supposedly sent since I was the one who provided my email address. Also, I can 100% guarantee I never received a single call, let alone multiple calls or a voicemail. Ellen called me a few times to arrange a visit and I HAD her all her contact numbers saved in my phone so I would have seen her on my caller ID. Finally, the fact that your accusing me of being the reason you didn't follow through with sending me a quote is embarrassing for you as the compliance team member and you should just take the loss and move on without trying to blame me for your business practice
failures. But, I get it, it makes you look like the good guy and shifts the blame... typical sub-standard contractor move from another shady Arizona contractor.

Our kitchen remodel was a challenge, but they met it head on and worked their magic- it's beautiful. They take pride in the work they do and it shows. Our experience with PETRUS Countertop and Remodeling was beyond expectation.  We consulted and visited with other similar businesses in Phoenix and decided to go with PETRUS.  There was not a single person connected with this company that was not friendly, welcoming and well informed about the business.  From Jennifer who was the first contact at the showroom (excellent  business phone skills) who opened the door to their office and showed us the area where stone slabs are on display.  We met Luiz, head of showroom sales and estimates.  He set up the visit to our home to measure our the countertop which needed replacing.  When the day arrived for measurements, it was the owner who appeared, Fabio Silva.  Friendly and reassuring.  We had a situation where the vessel sink could not be separated from the top and the entire counter with sink attached needed to be removed, one piece!  We found a beautiful quartz remnant but in the stack was not fully exposed to see and Luiz arranged to have it pulled out for us to view.  Not only was the work done very quickly, they had it fabricated and installed days before the original date, then they showed up an hour early : )  The installers were so pleasant, quiet and professional throughout the entire procedure.  Our job was a very small one but no one projected that because it was evident this company values it's customers.  PETRUS is the company you want to think of first for any remodeling.  480-281-2675, 1437 N. 27th Lane, Phoenix 85009

The work was done in a timely manner & never had a complaint about his lack of professionalism or his manners. From installing a water heater to hanging pictures. From fixing irrigation to installing toilet & such, Eddie can do it all. I have found that there is no job too small or too large for The Scottsdale Handyman!

I have worked with Fabio on two different jobs. They replaced our countertops in the bathroom and kitchen in a guest house (2017) and then more recently in Nov 2018 which was a total remodel. In this more recent project we had a ton of detail, cuts and mitering that was done. We also purchased our quartz directly with them. These guys are absolutely exceptional to work with. Professional, incredible attention to detail and very nice guys. This is not the norm in this business. They did a water fall edge for us that is just gorgeous. I definitely will recommend Alex he's very detailed and he really puts the effort so the work can come out perfect. We had tile in the past but the cement from the prior work was bad and he took the time to fix those errors instead of rushing to get the job done. He really made the image I had in mind come to life.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. Needless to say, if you need a roof and need it done correctly, Geremey with Elite Construction Services should be your go to!

I was referred by a friend after a bad storm had revealed a leak in our new home. With another monster storm about to hit us, I reached for a consultation and Geremy drove an hour and a half out of his way on his own time to look at what was going on. Gave me a quick and honest assessment, when asked how much, he was beyond reasonable, and offered to handle the job on the spot, so the next storm wouldn't damage my house! You will regret using this company! My roof guarantees it!

Geremy installed floating wood shelves in the kitchen and did a good job. They're sturdy and look good, but could have been finished better in the end. Putty was left to dry and I had to have my handyman sand it all down as well as add more where there were some noticeable gaps at joints. I didn't ask Geremy come back to finish because it wasn't the end of the world to have to have someone else finish, it just would have been nice if he had completed the job himself. There was also an incident where he accidentally leaned against the stove knobs, turned on the burner and melted plastic on my brand new stove top that had never been used. It wasn't able to be cleaned up complete which is a bummer, but the worst part is he didn't tell me about it- I had to hear from my handman.

I hired him for a second job- a pergola over my back patio. After he rescheduled a couple of times and then didn't show up another one or two times, he finally came, but came so late in the day that he ran out of time and couldn't install my string lights. I went ahead and paid him the full amount for the job but I've never been able to get him to come back to finish the lights that he said he'd be back to hang the following day. After a lot of excuses, several texts and a phone call and continuing to tell me he'd come back to hang them, he still hasn't finished the job. I've been waiting since May 20th and now he isn't responding to my messages at all.

It's a shame because his work is good, but reliability and communication are terrible.
