Joshua gave the project personal attention from beginning to end and was agile enough to jump in to take care of any detail that needed to be addressed. His crew was the best of the best. They were not hurried and had no desire to do anything short of the best job they could do, even at what seemed to be personal expense. Everyone's dedication to the job was inspiring.

Lloyd did a fantastic job for me by installing travertine stone on my fireplace.  He is a professional and artistic tile master.  Great value for what he does.  Highly recommend.

Kevin likes to say yes to everything and then pull the old bait and switch.  He's very nice but when it comes to business he's very smart and has been doing this a very long time and he uses all his knowledge to play games and try to be deceptive.  He pushes you in directions that you don't want to go and if you push back he throws a tantrum.  Be aware that he considers himself a designer to save money and he will do the design have it drafted and submitted for permits without letting you have any input and then your stuck, so DO NOT sign his handwritten contract until plans are final.  You may have to pay that upfront but it's worth it.

Dino is a really nice guy and a great buffer in dealing with Kevin, but he's so busy that he doesn't do any quality control on anything.  If we hadn't of inspected the work done by their subs he wouldn't have caught anything.  When i come home and he says the roof is all done then later I go up and only half is done I would've paid for a full roof job and only gotten half.  Most of his contractors had to come out several times to redo virtually everything.

The only saving grace is their subs came back to fix everything (mostly) eventually.  The deception and disrespect is what really sticks with me.  The fact that they know how to work their clients over is really messed up.  There is a reason why DVS is always available and the references from you friends can never get our for a quote and follow up.  Based on my experience I would not refer DVS to anyone, and that sucks because it's so hard to find a good contractor who is available in AZ.

I reached out to a couple of companies to get a quote.  Brad responded quickly and set up a time to come out.  We needed to get an exterior door to our garage replaced and he provided a very fair quote to replace/install.  Brad communicated well with us.  He was very friendly and professional.  His work was excellent and looked great upon completion.  I will absolutely do business with him again and would highly recommend you do the same.

This company is fantastic! Great experience all around. The salesman was on time, professional, honest, and knew how to answer all my questions. (Which has not been the case with every company I've had a quote from). They have a great selection of products to choose from and are very competitive with price. Glad I went with Bill @ HomeTime and I would happily recommend them to a friend or family member

Wonderful experience working with Jerry and his crew start to finish.  They are true artisans and care deeply about their customers and the finished result.  Jerry was extremely helpful with the design processes and provided the right level of input for features that give you a custom look and feel. Tiana and Glen stole $18950.00 of my money as a deposit on a large cabinet order for a new build of my home. they stalled and stalled and in the end would not produce the cabinets or a refund of my money. Cannot trust them to give you what you payed for. please contact the ROC regarding their reputation and they are not licensed contractors.

Their are no indication this is a legitimate business; no reviews, no webpage, and steered me to an email address right away and some excuse his phone was acting funny and to email him. When I got his response as to price, I thought, that's WAAAy to low. so I asked about his reviews, licensed, bonded, and he has no longer responded......Scam????

Was looking to redo my master shower, which included ripping out the original shower (from 1974), tearing down a wall, building into the closet behind the shower, and putting up a new wall. I haven't actually used the shower yet because I'm still looking to hire people to finish the flooring, but will update if any problems occur!

Timeline:
From the initial quote, it takes about another month for them to get the materials and start actually remodeling. Since ours required more labor, the actual shower remodel took about 5 days (From 8 am-4pm ish everyday). About 3 weeks later was when another guy came out to install the shower doors which was done same day (probably around 1-2 hours).

Pros:
- Cheapest quote I got! ($11,069)
- During the quote process, you get to choose materials and style so you get an idea of what it'll look like in the end
- Super personable people
- transferrable lifetime warranty
- Wall material is easy to clean. It's one sheet made to look like tile without the annoyance of cleaning grout, but it's nice and smooth like tile too!
- Considerate of my requests (I asked for them to wear booties since I had carpet and they also wore masks for the most part)
- Overall satisfied and would recommend/use their service again!

Cons:
- Some messes left behind but honestly not a big deal
- Painting new wall and finishing up the flooring is not included, although I knew this ahead of time! They actually said they could do this but it would be an extra charge, so I'd be better off doing it myself or hiring a separate contractor. This isn't a big deal to me, but good to note.
- Materials for the shower and the door got delayed for shipment so shower installation and door installation actually started a few days later than initially planned. Again not a big deal to me, but noting this could happen if you're on a tight schedule.

Things to Note:
- Keep in mind that the smell from the products is pretty strong, so some days during installation we'd sleep in a different room.

Had a master bath and kitchen done. Not only did they do a great job but they even have a designer I got barn doors in my bathroom. Floors that look like wood for half the price or real wood and water proof. My kitchen has new white cabinets and quartz countertops.  
I will use them again and refer everyone I meet.

In a little over two months Tom and his staff and crew have transformed my house.  (New tile floors, completely new kitchen and two totally remodeled bathrooms, and gallons and gallons of paint).  Workers were at my house everyday, all day.  I could not be happier.  Highly recommend if you want a top notch job.
