She called the techs and called me back to let me know they were booked for the day, so she got me scheduled for the following day. Chad showed up and was as courteous, professional and knowledgable as you could expect. Research well. We love our solar. That being said, we also bought a house fan and two garage fans. When the install of the fan was done somehow the tech had a 2x4 fall through our closet sealing not just one hole two. Pur solar sent a guy out to patch the holes and then today a painter. Did I mention this happened in August. We had to clean up all the installation amounting to 50 lb trash bag full. Had to throw out clothes away that just would not come clean. We asked for a discount and they gave us $100 off of all we paid them. I asked if they could give us $200-$500 discount and was denied.
