Best Tankless Water Heater Installation in Phoenix AZ

I can't recommend Ron more highly.  He is professional and honest which can be difficult to find in this industry.  I own several rental properties in Phoenix and Ron is the only guy I call when I need a line snaked.

I am usually skeptical about going with the lowest price. This time it worked out amazingly. Had a clog in our guest bathtub. George was able to come out right away. He arrived on time and gave me a call when he was on his way. He was polite,kind and completed the job in 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber.

First found these guys on, uh, another recommendations site and was very pleased with the fast, thorough work. Hired them again for a second, messier job--not only was it done right, Vitaliy even cleaned up afterward! I've used a lot of plumbers that have been good to so-so, but these guys are by far the best and most reasonably priced.

We used Johnco to replace our hot water tank.  Our old one was leaking and it was a Saturday afternoon.  It was more  $$ than other places, but they worked on the weekend which others would not.  They were very professional.

These guys were great! Carlos, Mark and the camera tech were prompt, courteous, went beyond to try and fix my plumbing issue. Carlos offered to go and get ME a drink from the store or asked if I needed anything. He kept me in the loop during the WHOLE process. He didn't just go from one end of the house to the next without letting me know what he was doing. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I will never go to Bill Howe again. I only wish they had Venmo so I could send them a tip! Thanks again, guys!  :)

Just had my first experience with P&L Plumbing and it was a great one. This is the third plumbing company I've worked with in Mesa and this was by far my best experience. Kevin was great. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to do whatever he could to help. Our sewer got backed up due to a construction problem and Kevin was up front with me that it was likely due to a construction problem and he even showed up early the next day to attempt to get it working and meet with the construction company to explain the problem and why he believed it was due to damage in the construction process and Kevin didn't even charge me for that time. Highly recommend this company.

The plumbers were on time and very courteous. They came in and did exactly what was needed to be done and finished the job right the first time. Will continue to use Affordable Plumbing in the future for all my Plumbing needs.

Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! I will be recommending them to family & friends if anyone ever has plumbing issues!!! Thank you Sandra, Eugenio & Felix. I appreciate you all! Happy Easter!!!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

We tried to stay with Goettle but they forced us to find another company. We had them install a brand new package unit 2 years ago, 7 months later it had to be repaired. Each time we called for semi-annual service we are told we are not a priority customer because we are not a Sadie Member ($14.00 a month) despite the fact we spent over $8,000.00 with them. The unit is missing screws and I do not believe they have ever cleaned the condenser. The final straw was today when I have been waiting for them to service the unit on Monday ( an appt I made a month ago ) to say they cannot make it and will need to reschedule. I am now looking for a new HVAC Company.

Chris Ball did a great job on our 2 toilets! Came out same day on a holiday and no extra charge. Very fair rates for their services completed. Best part is they did a scope with a camera of our plumbing so we could see for ourselves what was going on. Didn't try to upsell us and actually said we didn't need new equipment as the previous plumber claimed. Will definitely use again!

I have never written a review on any website like this before but I felt very compelled to do so after my experience. I just hope that someone will read this and think twice about using this company. It is very unethical and I hope that no one gets scammed like we almost did.
We called Ace Air when our A/C was on the fritz. A service tech came out to our home and his diagnosis was that our unit was leaking R22. At that time he informed us that by law he cannot leave the unit without repairing or replacing the unit. The tech also told us that the units are only made to last 10 years and we were going on 11 years with our unit and it would be better off to replace the unit rather than to pay what he quoted us $3000 to repair the inner coil which he was 90% sure that was were the leak was coming from. After we shelled out $766 to have them put a dye in the refrigerant and prepaid him to come back out in 4 weeks to check where the leak was we had called around to some other a/c companies. When we realized we were getting taken advantage of I cancelled the return trip. I called a company that was referred to me and low and behold our a/c was not in need of repair or replacement it was just dirty from the dust storm and needed a good cleaning, $80!!! And by the way the law states that if there is a leak they have to recommend repair or replacement of the unit. The tech also said that you should never be low on refrigerant and that if it is low there is FOR SURE a leak.
I would NEVER recommend ACE AIR to anyone. They are dishonest and it is a horrible company or we got a tech who was out to rip people off and make a quick buck.
If you are looking for an excellent family owned company I would highly recommend Gryphon Air Repair. Very friendly family who owns it and the owner does all the service work and is very experienced.
