Best Faucet Repair in Phoenix AZ

I used to love Belsito. But Roger is gone now & the plumbers that are left provide poor service. I called for an 8am appointment to install a shower kit & toilet. While they came close to 8, Belsito sent an unexperienced plumber who did not have the right tools for the job. The plumber said while waiting for his boss to bring a tool, he would install & caulk around the toilet.  Toilet was installed, but he never cleaned old caulk off and never added new caulking around the bottom of toilet (which I think may be a code violation, not sure). Then the plumber left to go do another job, leaving my plumbing work incomplete.  When the supervisor arrived with the tool over 4 hrs later, his explanation was stuff happens. Then unexperienced plumber tried to placate me by saying other customers have bigger plumbing problems than me. So overall, Belsito took 4 1/2 hours to do a 1 hour job, while basically telling the customer you are not that important.  Use at your own inconvenience.

I had an emergency sewer backup the eve before Thanksgiving with a household full of guests. After finding a cleanup crew I looked on Yelp to find a plumber.  I liked what I read about Chris and gave him a call. He was booked until 5 but offered to come after his last call to help me out.  He worked in the dark for 2 hours trying to clear my blockage. Unfortunately we had to postpone until Saturday as it was a very extensive repair requiring trenching. Knowing we couldn't shower or flush he surprised me in that he kindly re-arranged his schedule to be there Friday morning after the holiday given the seriousness of our issue over his other jobs.  He got it done worked hard and charged me a fair price.  I highly recommend Chris and would use him again for my plumbing needs!

Ron came the day I called for a problem I have been having for months.  In 10 minutes he had it diagnosed, told me it was very minor and how to solve it myself or how to get it repaired by someone who could fix my drywall.  Turns out it wasn't a plumbing issue at all.  It took all the worry I had away and now I can sleep well knowing I've gotten the issue addressed.  Ron is very professional and kind.  I highly recommend him for all your needs.  BTW, he didn't even charge me for the look-see.  Makes me wish I had had a real problem.  But I know who I am calling the next time I do.

Jorge did a Great job!  He was on-time, worked professionally and proficiently.  Kept us informed as he worked through the installation, and walked us through how often to change the filters and membrane in our new RO system.  He made sure we were pleased with his performance.  Will definitely use them again!  Pricing was much more reasonable than 4 other quotes I received from larger companies.  Saved over $350 by using Go Direct!

Christian from Rooter Ranger Plumbling was awesome- he called when he was headed my way, assesses the situation quickly, and was able to fix the issue quickly and correctly! Will definitely be using them again and referring them out to others.

I do not recommend their septic service.  After offering to excavate the buried opening of the septic tank and installing a riser, they were a no show TWICE.

I cannot say enough positive things about Cartright's Drain Service! I originally meet Rob when I first purchased my home and ran into some plumbing issues on my older home. He came out and ran a camera down the drains. He was able to diagnose that the previous workers plumbed my pipes so that crap had defy gravity by going up and then taking a sharp curve before hitting the city's sewer line. Well that was not very efficient for me as I always had things sitting in my pipes until there was enough pressure to push things through. He provided me with an estimate on replacing the old cast iron pipes with the standard PVC pipes. He set up an appointment date with me and took care of the rest. Now everything that goes down my pipes takes a 6 foot ride before hitting the city's sewer line! That was a well deserved praise from 2 years ago.

I recently had another issue. I had water running through the hallway wall  when using the shower. I called Rob and 20 minutes later he was at my house and diagnosing. A broken pipe under my tub was the culprit. He scheduled a time about two weeks out to come and demo the tub, installed new pipes, and the new tub. He is there on time, gets the job done, and is out. The only problem is that he is so great at what he does, he is always busy. He has contracts with a couple different cities as well as a huge list of highly satisfied clients.

Outstanding service from this company.  They were responsive, checked to see if our water heater was still under warranty, provided info from manufacturer and came out day after our initial discussion. Jeremy was on time, professional, pleasant and courteous. The workmanship was excellent and the invoice was exactly as was quoted. Very, very impressed with Jason's. I'd definitely use them again!

Vitaliy came to my house a few weeks ago to help me drain my hot water heater. We found a lot of calcium deposits as expected. A homeowner should drain their heater every 6 months to a year depending on usage. While he was at the house he also came upstairs to check our master bath room shower drain. His snake was more effective than Draino.

Next he walked 10 feet to my wife's drain on her side of the bathroom. Having a woman with long hair before us and my wife also having long hair, lets just say he was able to open the drain. Happy to have a good plumber local to me!

Absolutely terrible service, they came Friday to retrieve something from our toilet that our two year old flushed down, but were unsuccessful. The worker, Jesus, then told us he got his tool stuck and he needed to replace our brand new toilet for $650. I said no thank you as this was way too much for replacing a toilet. I asked for him to have his owner, or whomever in charge because he did not seem competent and I wanted to get our issue fixed. The icing on the cake is the way he left the toilet and pipe exposed. Jesus was incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could.

Update 12/27/17: Bottom line we have an older home and have our share of plumbing challenges. I've used Johnco plumbing now for a couple of years both within and outside of our Homeserve External Waterline & Septic insurance policy and have simply found them to be a company that provides prompt, professional, friendly and HONEST service with very competitive pricing. I think you'd be smart to allow them to provide a quote on your plumbing fiasco! Details on our experiences below...

12/25/2017: Our main sewer line backed up right after my wife got done bathing our 3 month old baby. Black sewer water coming up in the toilets, shower and tub. Christmas evening, expectations are low that we will get any kind of response. I call Homeserve and they said it will probably be the 26th before anyone gets around to fixing it. Ok..that's to be expected. The next morning I get the call that Johnco has accepted the work order, and they'll be out that afternoon to fix it. Woohoo! This time they sent a very nice and professional plumber named Eddie. Tracie (Johnco dispatch) said it would be between 2pm and 5pm as they were extremely busy catching up with holiday emergencies -- no problem. Eddie showed up at about 3:30pm and had the line cleared within 20 minutes. We were back up and running. Thank you for the great service Johnco!

09/2017:  We ended up with a slab leak (hot water line leaking under kitchen floor) and these can be major repairs! This is an internal plumbing issue not covered by our Homeserve Policy. Worth noting that our Home Owners Ins. policy (USAA) would only cover damages to the home that resulted from the leak, not the labor or materials to fix the pipe or leak itself... so I called 4 separate plumbing contractors to get bids on the repair.  Of the 4 bids, Johnco provided the most competitive and detailed quote. Jason showed up within 24 hours of requesting a quote, he walked me through the steps of what would need to be done to fix it right the first time. One of the four contractors provided a slightly lower quote but he recommended just patching the existing line by removing tile, jack-hammering the floor which makes a MAJOR mess and if you do your research you'll find this is NOT the best practice. Simply patching the line can result in more leaks down the road. Three of the Four contractors said digging up the floor and patching the pipe was NOT the best method.   One of the contractors took over 48 hours to even provide me a price quote which I thought was ridiculous since the other three provided estimates on the spot. Another one of the contractors sent two guys out and they didn't provide anything in writing, didn't even bother to inspect the issue and provided a very high price saying it would cover everything --this quote came in the highest, over 20% more than Johnco. I didn't care for this at all because it inspired zero confidence that they actually knew what they were dealing with behind the wall, or what walls they'd need to cut into, just no details and a high price tag. And when they don't put anything in writing, how do you know they won't jack the price on you later?

Johnco was the way to go. Jason showed up two days after the initial bid and worked all day running a new hot water line through the attic. Afterwards he wrote up the bill and it came in about $200 less than what was originally quoted! I continue to be impressed with their integrity, honesty, and what a great job they do.

10/20/16: Literally the day before our Wedding, family is staying with us and we are loading suitcases in the back of our cars to head out to our wedding destination in Northern Arizona. Guess what happens? Main septic line backed up! CRAP (literally)! Black crud water was coming up out of the showers and bath tubs. Amazingly I called Homeserve and Jason was out within merely a couple of hours to save the day. I continue to be impressed with the quick response time of Homeserve and the professional and FAST service of Johnco plumbing! They truly saved the day!!!

9/16/16: I have HomeServe waterline and septic insurance, and I was having issues with water pressure in my house. HomeServe outsourced the work to Johnco. Jason P. from Johnco came over and was able to find that the Pressure Regulator Valve outside the house was full of gunk. He replaced it within an hour and had us back at full water pressure. Jason was courteous/friendly and professional. I'd definitely call Johnco if I ever need plumbing services again with or without insurance!

I wouldn't expect to feel good about a plumbing emergency and I've experienced plenty of them, but Frank and Armando just left our house after diagnosing and fixing a tricky problem that left us without hot water in our kitchen and I'm actually cheerful. They got here fast, were super friendly and reassuring, and quickly and methodically ruled out possibilities before pinpointing the malfunction. I know there were a couple of points where less-scrupulous professionals could have easily capitalized on my lack of expertise and charged a lot more, but these guys were openly happy for us that our repairs would not cost more than they did. I have full confidence that these are the guys to call when something worse goes wrong.

Kevin and Kyle were awesome! They did an excellent job on repairing and replacing all my showers and sinks at a very reasonable price.  My first time using this company and I love the fact they are a small family business, very professional but not fake, like some places where you feel you're being scammed. They seem to really care about doing a job well done. I appreciated the respect they had by covering their feet and wearing a mask. They took the time to show me tips on how to maintain going forward. Seemed like overall very good people who are now my 'go to' plumbers. Thanks guys!  I'd recommend them for sure!!

Really good service and good work. Gave me a high level estimate over the phone. When I postponed the work, they were very flexible. They came back and completed the work, answering all of my questions about maintenance and construction of the water heater. The estimate allowed me to do some comparison shopping easily and there were no surprise charges added on. I would definitely call them again. The scheduling app was easy to use and I got text links to my request which made it easy to verify the service requested.

Very responsive and reliable.   Requested a quote and they were very transparent about extra fee for Sunday and that estimates free Monday- Friday.    On Monday when I contacted again, responded quickly and scheduled same day.   Adam was professional and fixed the issue.

Great response time to a last minute needed repair!  Showed up on time, did the job quick -- even had to run out to a couple stores for the right hose.  Great price too!

We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.

He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.

Summary: Diggers Plumbing is a reliable professional company. We would definitely contact him again for all future plumbing needs, and would be happy to recommend him to our family/friends too.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

In late November of 2015 Goettl installed a new AC unit (gas/electric) at my home. On 15 July 2017 my AC unit started blowing hot air. I called Goettl customer service and explained the problem. I was put on hold for a short time. When the service rep returned I was told it would be 2 weeks before they could come to my house. I said the obvious - do you know how hot it is and you want me to wait for 2 weeks before you can come out! The service rep said I'm sorry, but we are booked solid for the next two weeks. I told her that told me all I needed to know about Goettl.  (To the owner of Goettl - Do you remember your radio Adv when you talked about  holding the flash light for you dad and how he explained how important it was to provide service to your customers when it was needed and not just when it was convenient for you?  Your add paints a warm and fuzzy story and that is where it ends. My neighbor's bathtub was leaking into my unit, and I am so glad I called Rooter Hero to diagnose the issue. Alfredo Ramirez showed up quickly and was able to get to the source of the issue with minimal drywall cutting and displayed the utmost care for my property. They referred me to a water restoration company who was on my property assessing damage within an hour.

Alfredo has also been incredibly responsive with any questions I had after the diagnosis and rapidly provided a repair estimate to the property owner and handled all contact with them. If I ever have another issue with leaking water, or need any plumbing work done on my unit, I'm calling Rooter Hero and specifically requesting Alfredo as the technician.
