Best Electric Furnace Repair in Phoenix AZ

I really appreciated that they came out the same day as our AC stopped working.  Chris Shuck was great, answering all of our (many!) questions and doing fast reliable work, even after a very long day.  We would definitely call them again.

This company is a joke!!! They've taken over the airwaves with their commercials bragging about customer service so I thought I would give them a try.  I own 4 homes and know many AC people however are needing to replace 7 AC units at 3 different homes so I know it's going to be expensive so thought it would be wise to get multiple bids due to the cost and that's why I contacted GOETTL.  I made an appointment a week ago and was going to meet the representative at 8AM, at 8:15AM I called the number I had for the company and asked how much longer it was going to be, the person  replied your appointment was at 8AM or so I told him no it was for 8AM, he called back saying he would be at my house in 8 minutes, waited another 15 minutes still a no show so I left.  A short time later I received a text saying the tech was at my house, I advised him that I had left because he was more than 30 minutes late, he replied OK..  What a joke!!!! Many other reputable companies to choose from.  Stay away, I cant even imagine what their service is like if they do get in your home!!

So we had some leakage in the bathroom by the tub. Brett was able to diagnose the issue and then made the recommendations to help us get the repairs moving along!
Now we have new piping thru our older home and peace of mind that it will serve us well,  well into the future!
We have always relied on Parker & Sons, and they continue to come through for us. Thanx again Brett and your wonderfully efficient team!

I used this company to install a new AC unit about 8 years ago. Fast forward to Aug 2020 when AZ was SUPER hot! Our AC went out. We called Ace out since they installed the new unit prior. We were charged almost 2k to fix the unit! We felt under pressure to get it fixed due to the heat, plus this was the company who installed the new unit, so we agreed to do the work.  Afterwards I had questions regarding all the fees, but I have yet to receive a straight answer after numerous phone calls and emails. I keep getting the run around. It's terrible customer service when you call a company and can't speak to a Supervisor to get answers. I WISH I used Yelp BEFORE I used them to install a new AC unit.
