Best Drain Field Installation And Replacement in Phoenix AZ
Our septic tank decided it was full in the middle of night. I called left a message they got back to me in the morning. Said they were on there way to a job but would be here in the afternoon. True to there word. We were back working, they are very polite and clean up afterwards. I would use them again. Never had a septic system before (city girl). Now will be on a maintenance program every three to five years. They also showed me how the system works.

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball. Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! They were easy to work with and were responsive to questions and worries. Fast, easy and reliable.

I hired Belsito to convert my propane outdoor fire pit to natural gas as I specifically wanted large flames for warmth and was only getting about 2-3 inch flames. Nothing but positive things to say as this turned in to basically a complete gas installation rather than simply running a gas to a completed stone seating area with pavers. Although it required a return trip, they pulled a new gas line from the gas supply that they had pulled to the fire pit under the existing seating area. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would recommend this team for any gas needs.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.
My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.
I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.
This is the company to call for all of your septic issues.

We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.
He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.
Summary: Diggers Plumbing is a reliable professional company. We would definitely contact him again for all future plumbing needs, and would be happy to recommend him to our family/friends too.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.
Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Ducks septic really knows their...well you know.
Called these guys when I had to sell my house and get a mandatory septic inspection. From the start they were the best price and eager for my business. You wouldn't expect good customer service from a septic pumping company but here it was. As promised the guys on the crew called to say they were on the way and arrived on time. Ding dong the doorbell rang and here stood 2 clean dressed guys who explained the process, approx time it would take and answered all my questions. They had original map of the septic (County records) and made quick work of finding the buried caps and pumping out the tank. Best part my landscaping was restored as if they were never there. Go with these guys you won't be disappointed

These guys totally rock. I had some problems with my plumbing that prevented installation of a new ice maker. I called at 6pm yesterday and very courteously got an appointment for 6am today. The technician Kris was right on time, very friendly, and had me to work on time by 8am. I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing issues (knock on wood...).

Had a leak in the main waterline but was not sure where. Called Champion for leak detection and got appointment for the next day. Before the leak detection guy gets here I find the area of the leak and get to digging. Had 90% of the hole dug when the plummer (not a leak detection guy) arrived. Told him where I thought the leak was and he jumped in the hole, took a few shovels of mud out and said that since it was under the slab it would be about $1,500. I was able to get him down to $1,000 and he started the job. I ended up turning the water on to help pin point the leak (a few inches to the left, not under the slab). After about 30-45min of being on the job he left to go get parts and was gone for hours. I left the house and he came back shortly after I left. He had the leak fixed by the time I got back an hour later but due to the hole being full of water he opted to come back the next day to fill the hole and fix up the yard. Due to rain that night he did not show or call. 5 days later I had the hole filled and yard fixed and they wanted full payment. I refused and was only willing to pay half. Boss man showed up with no introduction, no uniform, no work trucks, looking like a thug of the street corner claiming I'm refusing to make any payment. The way he was aggressively talking to me I felt he was ready to fight me. After I explained my view he finally said aggressively for me to pay what you feel the job is worth and he will deal with it. I asked what he ment deal with it and he said we will be done and he will write the rest off. So I paid the employee $500 and think that will be the last I will see if them. I would not recommend using Champion for any large jobs and definitely would not sign anything or pay anything until your happy with the final job.
