Juan was the Tech that came out!!!! He fixed what needed to be fixed on the spot!!!!! It was late on Monday night when I got the call from my Son,AC died, I live in San Diego and felt panicked! I didn't know who to call and a friend recommended Donley.  They came out late at night got it up and running by 10:30. I was at peace by 11:00 Priceless!!!! Juan was very good at explaining everything to my Son and I over the phone, he's awesome!

Today we had our air conditioner serviced by Alin. He was FANTASTIC. From the minute he walked into our house he was all about customer service. He explained every step he was taking to check out our system, he reviewed all results with us to ensure we understood what the best performance for our unit should be. He was careful to put coverings over his shoes when he came into the house from outside. He was very friendly and even stayed late to complete work on the AC that needed to be done based on his testing. He gave us the stuffed animal of the dog as well as a flashlight and even explained the companies history. This is our second time dealing with Goettl and once again they have exceeded expectations.
