It was after 5 pm when I realized that my A/C wasn't working as my house was getting hot. It was July 8th, so it was a hot and humid evening. I called my normal A/C repairman and he said that he could come by and check it out the next day. The family wasn't going to be able to sleep as the house was at 86 degrees at the thermostat and that isn't even the hottest area of my home. I went on-line to find an after hours A/C repair service. While she and I spoke, the tech called in as he was finished on a job, so she sent him to my house. Within a 1/2 hour of my 5:30 call, he was at my house. Within another 1/2 hour he had my A/C fixed, it was a bad capacitor. I was elated with their pricing as my total charge, parts and labor, was $239. By bed time, the house had cooled down enough for comfortable sleep. I deleted my old A/C guy from my cell phone and replaced him with AC by J!

We had a hot water leak in a pipe underneath our house. There was no sign of water in the walls or on the floor, only a large area of hot tiles in the laundry room floor. Dave from West Coast came over with some hi-tech sounding  equipment and pinpointed the location right away. After the tile and slab were removed, he promptly installed a new pipe.
