Best Septic System Repair in Phoenix AZ

APES Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC
We had a 1yr old a water softener that needed repaired and had several companies come out to look at it. Everyone insisted on replacing the softer but APES worked with us to find the problem and repair it!  They also helped us replace our old reverse osmosis system and fix a bathtub that wasn't getting hot water while they were here.  Communication was prompt and responsive with both the main office and our plumber Anthony.  Extra points for Anthony being a sweetheart with our 4yr old daughter and an all around stand up guy.   Will definitely be using APES in the future and recommend them to others.

Parker & Sons Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC
I read all the reviews and was concerned about using Parker & Sons but we needed a water softener now. The brine was coming through the tub, toliet and faucets were not working correctly. I'm sure that we paid more than we had to but oh my God . First Shawn the plumber came out and discovered the problem. He told us that our faucets were destroyed. We had purchased an REO flip and were told that the water softener was not working, but no one told us that they hadn't bypassed the softener. All of our water had been going through an old broken softener.  Shawn called their water softener sales department, Jonathan came to our house that night. In the meantime we went shopping, looking for a new water softener and found that they ranged from $800- $6000, but it would take weeks to schedule. Time was important. We bought the bronze package for $3,000 and at 9am the next morning here was a worker with the new water softener, he removed the old and spent hours replumbing with copper piping (it was perfect), thank you Adam. In the meantime Shawn had us go buy all new faucets, toilet filters and shower heads. While under the sink he found cheap plastic connecters that broke as he touched them with leaking plastic compressors. Back to the store we went to buy braided lines and metal compressors, while he flushed all the lines to get rid of the goop from the old water softener. He worked for 6 hours changing out everything and doing a fantastic job. Yes, it was nearly $1300, but it saved all of our house plumbing.
