We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. Very happy I hired classic shades! I am an out of state landlord and recieved a couple of bids. Jeff responded first and was the first to go out to my property and provide a bid. He ultimately came back with the best price and I felt the most comfortable with him because of how clear he communicated everything. There are some people who take great pride in there work and Jeff is one of those guys. He pays attention to detail and is passionate on it being done the right way. He took pictures for me every step the way letting me know what he was doing. Actually he even picked all the paint colors for me since I couldn't be there in person. The end result in the pictures look amazing. I had my property manager go do a final walk thru for me and he verified in person the quality of his work. At the very least I would have him come out to provide a bid, you will be happy you did!

I had a slab leak and water damaged my wood floors, surrounding walls and kitchen counter top foundation.  Chris and Gabby were professional and efficient during the start to finish process.  Military friendly contractor, the project,  my home was at Litchfield Park and I work at Tucson while 75% of the oversight and project communication was completed through Facetime, calls and texts due to me being 2 hrs away, and only home during the weekends to review progress.  I felt comfortable and very satisfied.  Thank you!!

Had the unfortunate displeasure of using Go To Services.
Communication to you as a customer is terrible. Even after repeatedly asking for communication, long lengths of time went with no response just for me to reach out again. Communication within the company is also very poor. Empathy and assurance are no where to be found.
Some contractors will be sent out by GoToServices that they contract with, the work is not actually always done by them, just so you are aware when possibly planning some type of repair. Don't always believe them when they say we are sending out one of our best people yet a company truck will pull up for a different business. Can be very... snake in the grass with wording and approach. Listen carefully.
VIDEO RECORD ALL REPAIRS AND COMMUNICATIONS WITHIN YOUR HOME. I unfortunately did not. People will say that communication never happened, items will be broken and you need to supply proof of them damaging items. Yes, some things were owned up to and taken care of but others are ignored.
Project was not completed. Left over work to be completed. Left over trash after EVERY visit. Promises to clean after repairs, that never happens.
Took a repair that should have been done within a couple weeks and have now gone 5 months with no resolution. Contractors sent out continue to damage items or other parts of the home unrelated. Company now stating that no resolution is available and they are ending communication based on actions.
If I ever have a choice to go elsewhere, it's high on my consideration list considering my most recent experience.
