Plumbing leak, drainage on two properties for her and for me they've built a gate, repainted my bathroom, serviced my interior A/C on a hot summer day, changed out my thermostat to a new Nest and moved my outside A/C unit around the side of the house out of my earshot and view. I'll keep using them for all my projects.

Great guy/very professional and saved our family from needing to leave our home. We had a pipe burst and Benjamin came over at 11PM to fix the pipes so we could turn our water back on. I have two small kids and clearly we need water turned out for our day to day.

I just bought my first home, and it needed to be brought into the 2000s. So I contacted Luis and his crew to help me resurface the walls because there was this ugly texture from the 80s on it, paint it because it was so dark and Cave-like, and then add some recessed lighting and new trim. They totally blew me away with the finished product. My house looks like a brand new house even though it is 35 years old. They gave me exactly what I wanted and we're very professional. I enjoyed chatting and hanging out with the crew when they were working in my house and Luis listen to me and gave me suggestions on what I should do to improve the home. I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

I'm not sure where we came up with their card, probably from a neighbor, but when we needed a cartridge replaced inside the knob for our tub, we gave them a call. First thing to rub me the wrong way was that he 30 minutes late for our 9am-12pm window. I took off a morning of work for this and I understand you drove from wherever and there was traffic, but give me some notice so I can give my office some notice.

I told him where the water shut-off was for our building, and he disappeared outside for 20 minutes. Once he gets back upstairs he starts going over the costs with me, before he starts the work.  I definitely appreciated that because the cost BLEW ME AWAY.  He wanted $582 to replace a $25 cartridge and a $35 knob. He wanted approximately $330 for the actual repair, $175 for what he described as the labor for walking from [my] unit on the 2nd floor, to the water-shut-off valve on the 1st floor. Which, coincidentally, was less than 50 feet from where he had parked his truck.

Finally, he wanted $79 for some kind of warranty service plan that gave me a discount on any future visits. I told him to remove the warranty; I didn't need it. But, without the discount the warranty provided, the cost of the repair went up to $400 and the labor went up to $190. With the discount plus the cost of warranty it would have only saved me $10 total. What a scam! Not to mention he had quite an attitude that I would question his pricing methods. I sent him on his way. He might have done a stellar job, but it wouldn't have been worth that price. I was willing to pay a little extra to not have to go to the trouble myself, but $582.00 for a plumber versus $60.00 at Home Depot is a no-brainer.

Mr. Dyson

I had a flooding problem in my bathroom, and it turned out that the AC condensation/bathtub drain was clogged. I called Mr. Dyson, and he came right away to take a look. He was very friendly and professional, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He cleared the gunk and mud from the drain, and the flooding stopped immediately.

I was very impressed with Mr. Dyson's work. He was fast, efficient, and honest. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, and he didn't charge me any extra fees, a rare moment of honesty in this age of imperial franchising(pardon my economists BS). I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

Miguel was able to install an above the stove microwave and look at several other ongoing projects that I had.  He was very knowledgeable and helpful.  He was on time and professional.  Would definitely reach out again with any handyman needs.

We had a mysterious leak of the house. Military plumbers came out the next day and ruled out both the sewer and water systems, leaving only the sprinkler system as the culprit. All of this detective work at NO charge! Unfortunately, they don't do sprinklers :( Overall, great, polite, timely, and honest work! Will definitely go with these guys if we ever need plumbing work again.

I contacted them at 9am and they made a same day appointment for 2pm. Bobby and Bryson were polite, efficient, and gave me great options for my repair. At the end of the day, they saved me both time and money. Will be calling these guys again.

My faucet for the bathtub wasn't working properly & the faucet for the sink had low pressure. They came right out & took care of it in a timely manner!

Had several companies submit quotes for a french drain due to water coming in house in Carrollton during heavy rains. Olshan was only company that brought measuring tools and Mark, their technician, was the only one who explained why I wanted a surface drain and not a french drain. The price was in the same range as the other companies and since they were the most professional, I chose them. The crew n supervisor who came did a great job despite having to dig thru very rocky soil. I was also impressed that the supervisor did not leave the job site - an unpleasant experience I've had in the past. They were very experienced with the installation and I'm very happy to have chosen them. Now let the monsoons begin!!

So far the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. These guys are a total rip off. Big scam.
I had asked for an estimate for sprinkler repair and might have misunderstood/ misheard over phone of their policy of charging $80 just to visit. The technicians came to look at the issue and quoted $575 just to replace two sprinkler heads and fix a broken pipe at a T-section. When I asked them for a coat breakdown for their estimate, they refused to answer and the guy said he is the supervisor and that's the only price they would do it for.  The sprinkler head  that I was looking to replace does not cost more than $20. So, obviously they are either quoting whatever comes to mind or just jacking up costs at their will.
To add to this, the owner lady was very rude over phone and spoke in an extremely threatening manner. Instead of  trying to understand what the issue was and attempt to hear from the customer
, this lady was yelling at me on the phone and said she was going to call the police for theft of service.
Really?? Is this the way how you earn business? They probably have not heard a thing about how to talk to customers. The owner lady said she had my address and phone number and was calling to let me know that she was calling the police on me. I have never seen such pathetic behavior from a business ever!!! I decided that I would pay the inspection fee of $80 but not go ahead and give them my business. At this, the lady yelled again at me saying if I was going to pay by card, they would charge me 4.5% extra as that was the service fee for making card payments. She added that she wouldn't get off the phone until she got her payment. Again, like really??? Where on earth do these guys come with such ridiculous rates? I've worked for banks and I know how these things work!!!
Thankfully, I did find someone to fix my sprinklers at half the cost these guys were charging me. My advice to anyone looking around for sprinkler service/ landscaping is to please do yourself a service by not approaching these guys!!! Atrocious prices and totally appalling  behavior.
Posted below is a pic of a quote I received from another company for the same job ($250) for which these guys were asking $575. Enough said, their whole business ( if that's what they call it) is a scam. Stay miles away from such cheats!!!

Almost exact issue as the other one star review. Hired them to replace two septic pumps. Was quoted nearly $13k, overpriced on the pumps by thousands but was one of the only companies willing to service that geo location so we went with it. After pumps were installed they said pipes were clogged and needed $4k to clear them. Paid that amount. After pipes cleared they needed us to hire an electrician to hook them up. $1500 to do that. After that was paid pumps burnt out. The company needed me to loan them $1500 for new pumps. After two weeks still no pumps. Needed an extra $500. Paid it. Here we are 3.5 months later and still no further than day one. Pumps still not working, I've dropped over $20k and lost the entire project. Hired a law to recoup my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
