Best Water Heater Repair in Arlington TX

I haven't written a review in a very long time but, the level of service we received was outstanding!

Jeff is a one man team. We called around 7am and he said he'd arrive between 9-11am. He was at the house at about 10:30am. Who doesn't love a plumber who's on time!?

We had a handful of projects for him:
-water heater on the fritz
-two different toilet tank problems
-two shower/bath handles not adjusting temperatures appropriately
-dishwasher overflow spout/return
-Fleck water softener installation quote

Jeff quickly diagnosed our water heater problem; replacing the control box and rod. He also fixed all of the other things before 4:15pm. He gave us an excellent price for excellent work. Wow! I was totally impressed by his knowledge, skills, commitment, and courteous manner. We will definitely be using his services again and, highly recommend him and his business.

In the midst of the tremendous stress brought on by the snow storm of 2021 this company went out of their way to be responsive, professional & timely.  In addition the owner went out of his way on social media to provide guidance for homeowners with helpful tips to address the issues being faced by the storm.

We called because my grandparents had an issue with their Guest House toilet. So we decided to call GP Plumbing they came on time they gave us an estimate that was accurate and we went ahead and agreed with the work and they wanted and they completed the work for us within a day. everything works great now and we couldn't be happier with the service that we were provided.

It's late, around dinner time on a Saturday night and we notice water is coming up the sink in one of the bathrooms. Investigation led to a stopped up AC condensation line. Larry to the rescue. When we called him and said it is flooding, not only the upstairs bathroom but now trying to do damage in the garage below, Larry comes out all the way to Mansfield.  Quick work by Larry and all is well!

This company does great work. Have used Circle E on numerous occasions for my commercial properties. They have always done a great job at a fair price.

I chose this business because of its five star rating on Yelp and Jeff, the owner, definitely lived up to my  five star expectation. When I called, he answered the phone right away, offered me a same day appointment (which I couldn't even do myself), and when he arrived equipped with mask and booties, he figured out in no time why the water in one of my bathrooms wasn't getting hot. He had the right tools to get the job done - without having to tear up the tiles on the shower wall. No more cold showers in the secondary bathroom, yay! Will definitely call Jeff again if any other issues come up!

I highly recommend Chris for any of your plumbing needs. I was having an issue with my tankless water heater not working. He informed me he doesn't usually work on them but he'd be happy to come take a look. He was here within 30 minutes and had the issue resolved in another 5.  He is a very kind young man and if I have any other plumbing issues, I won't hesitate to call him. Thanks Chris!

Victor was awesome. He responded to my request in less than 10 minutes to a late night request and made a trip out to fix the issue. He did great work while there and I'm really happy with thr results, value, and customer service.  I would highly recommend.

Excellent service! Adolf and Becky were knowledgeable, timely, and considerate when fixing a leak at our house. They were extremely professional and were able to locate the leak quickly. They did the job well and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend!

I had originally called another company who was unsuccessful in remedying the problem. Called Made and they came out to fix my backed up pipes on short notice. Got my issue solved in a short amount of time and with the utmost professionalism. Thanks Ben!

Good service here. Marcus replaced the sewer lines under my house to the tune of approximately $22,000. While not the cheapest bid, he made me feel the best about it as it was completely stressing me out. I spoke to 5 other companies while seeking bids. The house was moving around due to leaking sewer lines. Marcus even came out a couple of months after to do another sewer test and didn't charge me for it. Less red tape in these smaller companies I'm sure. I'll be calling them out again without hesitation.

My Dad passed away and there were some plumbing problems in the house.  I live in Texas and was given Kenny's name to call.  Kenny and his son came out and fixed all the plumbing issues.  I was pleasantly surprised at the cost - came in below what I had anticipated.  I would highly recommend Kenny's Plumbing.

This Plumbco location continues to rank 5 stars for me! I had a water pipe connected to my water heater that broke and was causing damage. I called for service and 20 minutes later the crew came and cut off the water supply to it avoiding further damage. They said they'd be back the next day at 10am to repair the broken pipe and they arrived right on time. Derek and Angel were fast, professional and I had hot water with no leaks 2 hours later. I contacted nearly a dozen plumbers to disconnect my water well and attach my home to the county's city water line. Shane's Plumbing was the ONLY company willing to do the job and they did a stellar job. As my well started to fail I was stressed about how to keep running water in my home. Shane gave me a number of options and was always willing to answer questions and walk me through every step. What I anticipated being an overwhelming amount of work (and cost) need up being an easy job for Shane's Plumbing.

John came out to the house even though he was booked today because he was as concerned as I was about a gas leak in my hot water heater! John was fair and honest, and I was very impressed with him. I expected to pay a ton of money for a simple problem, but he was awesome! Great guy and I will be calling him in the future for my plumbing needs!

Hi, first time writing a review on Yelp, only because I have nowhere else to turn. My house had a problem with the sewer drainage from the house to the city sewer, and I called them to fix it. This was on May 11 of this year. They quoted me an extremely high price. I bargained them down and they said they would do it cheaper if I would pay cash, which is what I did. After doing part of the job they called and said it would be more because there was more to fix, which I paid.  They pulled permits and when the city came to inspect they failed twice. I asked them what happened and they said it would require more to fix (including digging under the house) which I paid again. I am in about 15k to these guys.  This was June 9th. Since then, I have been emailing/texting them about once a week with usually no response at all.  Sometimes the guy will respond and say they'll take care of it but will not give me a date or time. It is now august 7 and there are still huge ditches in the front yard with multiple neighbor complaints. I have contacted the city of Arlington and they say the only thing I can do is complain with a certified letter. These plumbers were very responsive as long as I was paying them and then after they got all they wanted for payment they just ghosted me.  As far as I know all they need to do is get an inspection to get the green tag and then fill in the holes which shouldn't take too long.
Horrible experience. I can post screenshots of all my texts back and forth where they ignored me for weeks and then texted back with saying they would fix but didn't. I have always paid on time completely within an hour of when they they sent invoice.
