WOW am I impressed! Schrader went out of their way to make me a satisfied customer.    There was some miscommunication with the first plumber and Schrader brought me a new toilet and installed it at no charge, they also installed a new tub faucet at no charge.  I will use them any time I have a plumbing issue.

Really appreciate this company! We've gone through a couple of plumbers and it's been hard to find reliable plumbers and also plumbers that don't just fix what you asked them to fix but make that extra effort to point out something else that could be a problem in the future... that's what I look for in any service provider. Body, Skylar, and Jovi have all been very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. They take their time to get the job done right the first time. I really like the text updates as well as how they take pictures of all their work and parts that they use to keep on file. Prices are also very fair. Will continue to use them for my plumbing needs!

True Plumbing is AWESOME! From start to finish, the service was seamless. Sheila was friendly and was able to schedule us immediately. Cameron was on time, professional, and friendly. With no success, we've had two other plumbers come by within the last two years. Cameron found issues that other plumbers were not able to find. He thoroughly explained the problems and the cost. Had them come out to install a new toilet after some issues with the flange prevented us from doing it ourselves. Javier and Ryan were on time, courteous and fast. They kept to the quote they gave us and left everything clean. Good Service.

Very good worker. Our service man was Tyler, and he came out quickly and got the job done efficiently. We had some leaking from our old toilet on the second floor, and it needed a new wax ring. Tyler led us through the process, letting us know at every step the cost of each procedure. He also let us know what it would cost to replace any parts that may be needed in the future. He fixed our problem easily, and was done in a jiffy. We will be calling this company for future repairs.

Hydrostatic testing for a new home purchase. Sent a message to Bow Tie and within minutes we had a response and a call to talk about what was needed. Fair pricing, quick service performed right after Christmas day, and a call with report of the findings. Easy to pay which was important since we couldn't be present.

Called because they list filtration systems under their services. Perhaps they used to provide them and this is why it is listed, but I just called and was informed that they do not. Would recommend removing that from their service list on yelp.

Kenny and his son replaced my water heater and they did a wonderful job. They both were very knowledgeable, courteous, and precise. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Verde Valley. And I would also use them again.

Our vactaion home had a major sewer line issue and we needed a plumber fast. We called All Aces Plumbing and had Thomas come out  and do a camera to find tree roots and broken  our main clay pipe. We had the old pipe replaced  with new abs piping and now our sewer system is working  great

Was looking for a local plumber in Highland Village and through the recommendation of a friend, came across Live Oak Plumbing. I have never had a service show up, literally roll out a red carpet (legitimately) and get the job done in such a professional and quick manner. We had an awesome experience with Eddie and William from Mr. Young's Plumbing. They were very professional, and fixed most of our plumbing problems. They did find a larger problem than expected, but are returning to fix everything just perfect! They were great!

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. This is a great company. I have used them exclusively many times. They are honest, competent, and trustworthy. As a pastor, I especially look for businesses that value integrity. This is truly a business that has that value. From the first phone call until your job is done, you will experience top-notch customer service and professionalism! These days, when there are so many fraudulent businesses on the market, stick with ones you know and trust. This is your place!

Have used Roto-Rooter before and trusted them.  No more.  When I use them it is always for the same service - cleaning out the sewer line from the clean out to the house and out to the alley.  In 2006 this was $150.  In 2010 it had gone up to $175.  Pretty reasonable.  We decided to call them out about 6 months later to prepare for several events at our house.  The line seemed to be slowing down.

The service guy showed up and quoted me a price of $270.  This was almost a $100 more than 6 months previously.  I went in and checked the previous charge to confirm.  When I came back out to question it he gave several reasons.  Having to clean out both ways, price increase.  However, he promptly dropped the price to $180 with a 10% discount.  My BS detector went off and I told him to tell me what I owed for him coming out and for him to pack up.  (I try to be fair in my dealings with people)  He told me there was a $90 charge.  While he was loading up I called the office.  They could not give me a price or explanation of the discrepancy of the charges.  They told me that there should be no charge for him coming out - it was a free estimate.

I contacted their customer service info.  Played phone tag with a guy from the local franchise.  He just kept asking several questions and never gave any real explanation for the behavior or apology.

I will do this service myself in the future or will hire a true local company.

We had a bit of an emergency and ended up contacting Icon Plumbing after the home warranty plumbing company failed to show up twice. Condy and Ryan were both amazing!!!! Condy stayed late the 1st night ensuring everything he could do was completed for the night and Ryan went above and beyond coming out several times the next day to complete the repairs and ensure everything was working correctly. We ran into a bit of a glitch (not plumbing related), Ryan made sure we had a plan for getting someone out the next day to repair our other problem and did not leave until he was sure there was no safety issues. We will definitely use them in the future with no hesitation. Highly recommend!!!
