Best Sink Repair in Fort Worth TX

My water heater decided to give up on me and I was in desperate need for repair. I contacted another plumbing company but was very frustrated from horrible customer service. I contacted Schrader Plumbing and was immediately thankful for reaching John Schrader, owner He was so friendly, easy to talk to, and understood my frustration. He made every effort to come as soon as he could, even though he had several other service calls to make. He was very thorough and took the time to make sure the job was done right; he went above and beyond. I will definitely use John as my go to plumber and recommend him to all of my friends. After receiving a $3500 estimate to install my pelican water system by schrader plumbing, I called True Plumbing.  Cameron was nice, polite and HONEST.  He explained to me the cost which was one third of what Schrader offered.  I appreciated his fair price, but since I bought the unit from the manufacturer, pelican had a better deal.  I do want to tell you that their honesty is much appreciated.  That is hard to come by, and next time if I have plumbing needs, I will call them back for sure.

I began using them starting back in 2010. I had both a kitchen sink and my washing machine drain back up. I had two other companies come out, and both wanted me to spend over $300 to scope the drains, stating that I most likely had a foundation shift. Wanting a 3rd opinion, I called direct source. David, the owner, came out with his guys, listened to me, and then said I want to try something first before running a scope and costing you more money.
He then proceeded to get out the normal drain snake, and then swapped out the tip with a wicked looking claw! He ran that in thru the outside access, and had my drains running perfectly. Only charged me $150 total, when he could've charged me double at least.

I've been using them for all my plumbing needs since then. I'd highly recommend them.

Contracted with Bowtie Plumbing to fix problems with several toilets. They were very responsive and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

My go to plumber!  I had our water heater fail on a Friday night.  I called several other plumbing businesses who were not able to respond.  I called and left a message for Jeff, who called back within 3 minutes.  He sent Robert to our home that night to ensure that there were no safety issues with a leaking water heater.  Robert came back the next day and installed a new one.  I have subsequently used them to service my water heater at my rental property.  Robert was present, as promised.  Don't call any other plumber!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Great company and great service.  They were able to save me $700.00 on my hot water tank.  Another company quoted me $700.00 more.
They are fast and efficient and most of all honest.  Highly recommend.

My sewer line clogged which was causing water to backup into the house.  Within an hour of calling, Hayden Rodriguez showed up and cleaned out the sewer line.  He was very professional, friendly and offered tips on how to prevent it from happening again.  I would not hesitate to call again.

The home warranty company plumber had to demo my bath vanity to repair a concrete slab leak in my master bath. After 3 different contractors failed to follow through on installing a new bath vanity, my insurance agent recommended Icon plumbing.  It was one of the best phone calls I have had in awhile.

Addendum-the 40 year old toilet in my master bath just stopped working (finally).  I contacted Condy at Icon. He is on the way to save the day .

My main drain became blocked by tree roots. The top on my outside drain popped the top and raw sewage  was pouring into my front garden each time I flushed a toilet or took a shower.
I immediately called Condy at Icon. He came the next morning and cleared the roots in 10 minutes for a reasonable price.  Great job as usual and a nice guy to boot.
