Best Sewer Line Repair in Fort Worth TX

I love how quickly someone was available to come help me fix my sink. The gentleman who came was very friendly and quickly solved our issue. I will only call Schrader Plumbing for any of my future plumbing needs.

Explained the issues I was having over the phone and got someone scheduled in a few days. When they showed up, they didn't know what problems I had and said they weren't told about it nor were they willing to fix it.

We had a waterline leak in our front yard and we'd had received three quotes but something in my bones told me to check with True plumbing before making our final decision. I'm glad that I did! They came out right away, did an assessment, gave me a price and told me that they can fit me in the very next day!

They were able to do a pull through underneath the ground so that we didn't need a trench in the middle of our yard and we didn't need to break up our driveway in order to get to the city line!

Turns out the owner of the company lives not too far for me so it was really nice to be able to help out a neighbor as well as a small local business.

They did a wonderful job.

Direct source plumbing should be your ONLY option when considering assistance from a professional plumbing service. I have an older home and have called several services in the past, so I have a knowledgeable comparison of service in the DFW Metroplex. What I experienced when David and Kyle came out was uncompromised professional service. They went above and beyond to help me, and even educated me on do it yourself prevention. These men are kind, friendly, fair, experienced, but most of all Results Driven. Lastly, they are reasonably priced, and completely affordable, which is not often the case with local competitors. I can honestly say David and Kyle delivered an amazing experience, and I will never use anyone else. They have my family for life.

I initially messaged Bow Tie to see when they could come out and check out a plumbing issue I was having. They responded just shortly after I'd contacted them, the next day or so they were here to do an inspection.
I was really pleased with their response time and professionalism , communication . I would definitely call them in the future for any plumbing needs.

I had a dishwasher air gap water overflowing problem. Auger Pros sent their team immediately after contacting. The technician Chance was able to clean the drain and fix the problem for me within 10 mins. They also honor me a discount for the service provided. Great job and great customer service. Legacy Plumbing did an excellent job.  Johnny Qlivera was very thoroughly and professional. He did a great job and took his time with the job. I would definitely use them again and their prices were fair. Thanks Johnny for making my plumbing nightmare not so bad.

After being quoted around $6000 by another local plumber, who told us our main line needed to be totally replaced, we decided to get a second opinion, and boy oh boy, am I glad we did!!!

We had no water due to a burst connection and our own confusion over the water line to the house. We were lucky enough to have Kenny's get the work order through our First American protection plan. It's a family business and Matt and Jared came over first thing, despite a full day of appointments, and quickly addressed everything. They were so kind, professional, efficient and just genuinely nice that we were incredibly impressed.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

-resolution of two problems after calling them back out
-camera-ed my system at no charge after the error
-Carissa Stinson makes genuine efforts to hear my frustration
-warranty on work good for 12mos

Cons:
- felt like I didn't get what I initially asked for in inspection of system BEFORE installing flooring, which will now cost me time and money
- didn't perform quality inspection after work causing me to call them back out more than once
- didn't perform thorough testing/inspection of gas line to fireplace before selling me new line
- didn't provide me with requested materials for insurance and have no recorded notes of phone conversations requesting this info

Still, they have plenty of 5-star reviews. Sometimes relationships just don't work out. Might have just been a bad time for them. You may have better luck, and they might make the necessary changes so that my experience does not get repeated. This is my hope for them as I desire small, local businesses to be successful. I had really high hopes about them based on the recommendation....it just didn't work out for me.

Highly recommended by a trusted source...ultimately let me down.  

After buying a house I had some time before move-in to get some necessary repairs and renovations done. LS Plumbing was highly recommended by a close friend. They came out as scheduled. Upfront pricing so no surprises. Pricing was high, but based on recommendation I assumed it would be good work, and I was tied up with other things.  I asked for an inspection of total system, and let the tech know of a specific issue relayed to me by the seller. He diagnosed the first minor problem he saw and went no further. I asked That's all? and the tech indicted yes. I felt confident in their expertise and moved forward with installing flooring throughout the house. After move-in we had a major backup and called them back out. They diagnosed a sewer line issue under my living room slab (and brand new floor). The tech's response was wish we had known about this a month ago.....which did nothing to make me feel better about the new flooring having to be taken up at my own expense and the disruption for my family...which again, I wanted to identify and resolve BEFORE moving in.  The rest of the work was poorly done and they made two more trips out to try and resolve....which could've been caught in the initial call had there been some quality control, or even a simple thorough inspection. I diagnosed on my own that they had installed a part backwards. This was also extremely frustrating as I am NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER, and they missed it TWICE before.  The office manager (Mrs. Stinson) genuinely seemed to care about how their company let me down. However, there was very little accountability from Mr. Stinson beyond admitting that the work had been of poor quality.

I still have a sewer repair to complete, but I have vacillated between giving them another chance to do good work...and not giving them another penny.  

Ultimately, they self-selected themselves out. I needed a quote and description of work to turn into my insurance agent for possible claim. After multiple requests (and assurances from them that they would provide) I gave up. I think they were hoping I would go away. And this review will live on the internet forever, which is a shame because nobody is perfect...and they had opportunities to get it right, but they didn't want to.

This morning Jeremy Wilkerson cane to my house to fix a clogged sink. Jeremy was very professional, he was promt, considerate and was very knowledgeable of his job. Other plumbing companies I have used never displayed this professionalism. This spoke highly of him as an individual employee and the management that runs this great company. If the remainder of the employees share the same traits he does you can't go wrong in going with Blacktie Plumbing

Jeff is the man! Knows his job. Goes right to work and solves the problem. First time hired him, but he is my GO-TO guy in future.
You will not regret hiring him to take care of your plumbing problems.

Don was terrific! Detected and fixed a slab leak with minimal after math in the garage dry wall. Was professional and very informative through the whole process. Very competitive pricing up front and no hidden fees later! He even fixed a wiring issue on my hot water heater for no extra charge! I had shopped around and felt very comfortable and confident in his work and honesty. I would highly recommend Live Oak Plumbing!

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I called Anytime plumbing and Chris answered .. over the Christmas holiday our pipe burst we turned off the water and contacted him on Tuesday to fix it he said he could be here in the same day and would give us a courtesy call when he was on his way. He's called one hour before he was coming and showed up on time I am so lucky we found him and will use him again he fixed our pipe immediately and the price was not outrageous..nice guy

I chose this business because of its five star rating on Yelp and Jeff, the owner, definitely lived up to my  five star expectation. When I called, he answered the phone right away, offered me a same day appointment (which I couldn't even do myself), and when he arrived equipped with mask and booties, he figured out in no time why the water in one of my bathrooms wasn't getting hot. He had the right tools to get the job done - without having to tear up the tiles on the shower wall. No more cold showers in the secondary bathroom, yay! Will definitely call Jeff again if any other issues come up!
