DR in Dallas, call them and know you will receive quality work from a knowledgeable plumber. Cheap plumbers are just that...they can give a false quote at first and find another issue to raise the price. Straight business!

Thought I had hired this company but apparently not? Called in, said I wanted the water heater replaced, gave them the size / type, confirmed I wanted the one they purchase, given an estimate, scheduled a time, etc. Guys show up. No call to let me know they're coming but ok. Not a big deal. The guys have no clue why they're at my house. Tell me if I wanted the water heater replaced, I should have had an earlier appointment. How would I know that? I said I'd call someone else because they knew nothing about what I had called in for. He was going to write me an estimate. Uh? I asked when I called! Just no. Finding someone else.

After receiving a $3500 estimate to install my pelican water system by schrader plumbing, I called True Plumbing.  Cameron was nice, polite and HONEST.  He explained to me the cost which was one third of what Schrader offered.  I appreciated his fair price, but since I bought the unit from the manufacturer, pelican had a better deal.  I do want to tell you that their honesty is much appreciated.  That is hard to come by, and next time if I have plumbing needs, I will call them back for sure.

I called around to several plumbing companies in the north Dallas area and O'Bryan had, by far, the best pricing. They were able to set up an appointment within a few days and were very polite/professional over the phone.

The morning of, Evert called to let us know he was available sooner than our appointment time which was great! He was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Fixed our shower and toilet in less than 30 minutes and even gave us tips on what we could fix ourselves, instead of charging an arm and a leg, which he could have easily done.

We will definitely be calling O'Bryan next time we have any plumbing issues. Highly recommend them!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. The 30 day warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. Stay away from this company.

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

Sewage line clog and broken pipe repair. Had an issue during the repair process, but after talking with Travis, they were quick to rectify the problem. In today's world, it's not too often you find a business that truly cares about its customers. The team at BowTie stands above the rest. Look forward to working with them again in the future. Kenny and his son replaced my water heater and they did a wonderful job. They both were very knowledgeable, courteous, and precise. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Verde Valley. And I would also use them again.

Augerpros responded quickly to my questions on Yelp and provided service within a couple of days.  The workmanship was very good.  I appreciated Jerry, the owner contacting me after the work was complete.  He is a great businessman and I would use Augerpros again.

Took a chance and called Legacy Plumbing for a running toilet issue this morning at 0845. The plumbers (Canon and Alex) got here at 1000 and have just left.. it's 1100. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable , prompt, thorough...  Everything you want in a plumber and more!!!  They were sweet to my dog and even gave her treats!  I will Only use Legacy Plumbing in the future, and I definitely encourage everyone to give them a try!!  Very affordable... the service call was free for my first visit. My kind of people!!!  Thanks for a fabulous experience !!!

Got here on time. Spent a lot of time sourcing the problem. Jeff is very professional and I felt comfortable having him go around the house.  He was nice to our dog too, lol. I would call him again if we ever needed to (although I would much prefer to not have any plumbing issues).

He also gives you advice on maintenance and even repair advice if you want to do some things DIY.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I chose this business because of its five star rating on Yelp and Jeff, the owner, definitely lived up to my  five star expectation. When I called, he answered the phone right away, offered me a same day appointment (which I couldn't even do myself), and when he arrived equipped with mask and booties, he figured out in no time why the water in one of my bathrooms wasn't getting hot. He had the right tools to get the job done - without having to tear up the tiles on the shower wall. No more cold showers in the secondary bathroom, yay! Will definitely call Jeff again if any other issues come up!

Have used Roto-Rooter before and trusted them.  No more.  When I use them it is always for the same service - cleaning out the sewer line from the clean out to the house and out to the alley.  In 2006 this was $150.  In 2010 it had gone up to $175.  Pretty reasonable.  We decided to call them out about 6 months later to prepare for several events at our house.  The line seemed to be slowing down.

The service guy showed up and quoted me a price of $270.  This was almost a $100 more than 6 months previously.  I went in and checked the previous charge to confirm.  When I came back out to question it he gave several reasons.  Having to clean out both ways, price increase.  However, he promptly dropped the price to $180 with a 10% discount.  My BS detector went off and I told him to tell me what I owed for him coming out and for him to pack up.  (I try to be fair in my dealings with people)  He told me there was a $90 charge.  While he was loading up I called the office.  They could not give me a price or explanation of the discrepancy of the charges.  They told me that there should be no charge for him coming out - it was a free estimate.

I contacted their customer service info.  Played phone tag with a guy from the local franchise.  He just kept asking several questions and never gave any real explanation for the behavior or apology.

I will do this service myself in the future or will hire a true local company.

We called the Stenson plumbing company concerning a oven gas leak. They told us an estimate of free services would tell us what we needed to do. The technician arrived looked at the situation and said that we needed to call the appliance company and then proceeded to bill us $144. We still have to get the oven fixed but are free estimate which took less than 15 minutes of their time. What tell us a free estimate? This is bait and switch.
