Best Faucet Repair in El Paso TX
Real quick to come and fix the issue I've had for a couple days. They showed up and got to work, finished in less then 30 minutes very friendly and responsible. Would recommend and would definitely use again.

Two thumbs up for AJ at One-Call plumbing! He came out next day to handle a minor gas plumbing issue. He was incredibly polite and offered to put on a mask when he saw that I was more comfortable wearing one. He arrived early and patiently answered all of my questions. He handled the situation promptly and left me with a lot of confidence in the service. Great experience!! Thank you!

Juan responded quickly to my message on yelp. I sent him pics of the bathroom sink faucet I needed replaced & he sent me a free estimate. When he came to install it I needed 2 extra parts & he was able to get them & install them the same morning. It took about an hour. & a half total & he cleaned up after. 2 thumbs up

Make sure you ask for an estimate BEFORE you use him. It was a simple job--a slow toilet. Obviously something was slowing passage of water. It took 2 seconds to do the job. He used a mini-snake, and with the first try, he unstopped the toilet. Whole visit, maybe four minutes. Charged $75, but I believe $35 would have been fair.

Rafael was great! Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the job cleanly. Nice guy, too. Highly recommended!

We suspected a gas leak in our home and contacted the gas company for an inspection. No leak was found but they cited us for not having a termination plate installed under the gas cooktop. They gave us until the 27th to have it installed. We contacted Jeff's and was advised that they could install the plate but in order to come out they charge $120 service fee equivalent to 1 hr of labor that will apply towards the total invoice upon completion less time spent in the home upon the initial inspection. They can to the home, looked under the range, took notes for the part they'd need to order and collected our credit card number. That day the $120 was deducted from our account but time spent was about 1/2 hr. Both serviceman agreed with that assessment. They came about a week later but learned they ordered the wrong part and left right away. They returned around the 27th and seemed to be working an absurd amount of time when I asked my husband to find out what's going on. They guys said again they had the wrong part but were trying to find away to install something to avoid having our gas turned off (oh, that was the gas company's findings and cited us for lack of part and to turn gas off by 27th if not repaired). My husband quickly called the manager of Jeff's and he was very apologetic stating they had the wrong part again but were trying to remedy something to avoid a disconnection on our part. That ended with the manager, Joe, apologizing and advising we would not be charged for that day either, that they would order the correct part and return for install, and if we had any issues with the gas company to refer them their way to explain. That was agreed upon. They returned with the correct part on 1/6/23 and had it installed within or about an hour. A total invoice cost for $170 was left. We assumed they'd deduct most of the $120 for the 15 minutes they were here day one. No, they recharged our credit card for the full amount. I contacted them immediately only to be told by Joe himself that they spent A LOT of time at our home and justified the charge. He also denied that they use any of the initial $120 towards the total cost of the repair and that the 15 minutes they came out to write down the type of cooktop and take our credit card number warranted the $120. When he reiterated the absorbent amount of time they spent here I protested that it was all, 100%, due to them ordering the wrong part multiple times. The entire job start to finish, including the day they came out, excluding the times they ordered the wrong part took a little over an hour. Maybe 1-1/2 hours but they took $270. The part itself averages $35. Total lack of ethics and very poor business practices. They would not take cash either - perhaps they know this is so they can charge people's cards carte Blanche. At the very least they owe us a refund of $60-75. Regrets: trusting someone's word, handing over our credit card, not recording both conversations. Never again. Steer clear people and don't give these people your credit card.

Overcharged. Be very careful. They claimed they performed a sound leak detection but I never saw the equipment. And there was not any reason to do one as they found that the toilet was running. They fixed that. The whole Shaba got took 30 min and they charged me 450.

We had all of our toilets overflowing and backed up into the showers and none of the amateur measures worked. I called the usual popular plumbing companies and even though I told them I had an emergency due to my folks being in their 90's, no one would come until the next day.
I called Ralph from the Yelp app and he was here in 30 minutes, just like he said he would be. 15 minutes later, he had everything ship shape. He was super reasonable with his price and very professional
I have a new plumber and will be telling my friends and family about him.

I never write these but I had to share my experience with Nacho and Sons and their bad service. Nacho and Son installed a new water heater. I've had it less than a year and I called them because the pilot light doesn't stay on. After reviewing for 10 minutes, they told me I had to call the water heater company and order the part. I was in disbelief. Why did I, the customer have to call to get the replacement part. Then they informed me they would be charging me to install the part once it was sent to me. I asked why if It was still under warranty. They told me it wasn't their fault the part went out. I asked so it's my fault the part is defective? Unbelievable! I will never use them again. They do not honor their warranty. I don't recommend them at all!!! If there was lower rating than 1 star I would give them a zero.

In December 2021, I had a leak in my shower. Frank told me the pressure in the house was too high and suggested that we install a pressure regulator and change the faucet. Not sure what that would entail, I was quoted $950.00. I accepted. The job took about three hours. I paid him the full amount. Now here it is in June 2022, and the new regulator has a leak. I called Accept All Plumbing back and Frank said there is no warranty. He also said if that was unacceptable we should part ways. Really?
