I want to take this moment to thank you very much for the great job that your crew had done for us.  We are so happy with it and I love my new  remodeled shower thank you isn't a strong enough work and I can't find the the words to tell you how much I appreciate all that you have done for us.  Fernando your project manager is detailed and takes great pride in the work his crew does they did an outstanding job.  I've already had several people asked who did the tile work and of course I told them it was your company under the leadership of your project manager Fernando. It's hard to find an contractor who still takes pride in there craftsmanship and a company who only accepts the highest quality of craftsmanship from his employees.

Innovative Trades was INCREDIBLE!  They came out because we had faulty electrical issues that we couldn't figure out.  The service providers were very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and clear with their explanations. They resolved our issue going above and beyond what they had to do and we would recommend them/use them again!

I scheduled this handyman service to come to my home at 9am 5/6/22 for a number of small repairs, I'm still waiting, it now 10 am, I've called left messages, nothing.

I have used Fabian's plumbing a few times and have been very pleased with his work. He has worked well with my schedule. His work has been top notch. I have a hard time believing he would have forged a signature as accused of in the previous review. I will be using Fabians Plumbing again on my Commercial projects. I recommend this Company. I might also add that they came to me highly recommended.

Esta persona es una estafadora!  If I could give Eric 0 stars, I would.  After telling me on the phone that he would check the garbage disposal at my rental house and give me a free cost estimate before doing any work, he called me saying that he has already fixed the problem and that the bill was $95.  When I asked him why he proceeded without first sending me the estimate and asking for my approval, he accused my tenant of authorizing him to do the fix, believing that she doesn't speak English and/or that she wouldn't hear him.  Unfortunately for him, my tenant heard him speaking to me on the phone and called me right away, explaining that he never asked her anything and that all he did was tighten a loose screw on the garbage disposal, which took him no longer than 5 minutes.  Before stepping out and calling me, he also tried to get paid by my tenant, asking her $75 (instead of the $95 he asked me).  When I called him back and confronted him, he made more accusations against my tenant, saying that there were bones in the food disposal and that he would send me the pictures he took with his phone to prove it.  Obviously, he never sent me any picture and he stopped answering the phone after that.  Reporting this scammer to the Business Bureau.

The price the plumber charged was ridiculous. He started the work based on the renters authorization not speaking to the property owner. I protested and he got belligerent threatening to remove the work leaving the house without hot water. Don't use this company!

Called this plumber to get a repair done on a back flowing toilet issue. Explained the issue and was told they aren't doing that type of work anymore.  Do not call for residential plumbing services.

Purchased a Carrier refrigerated a/c unit from this company in 2018 for $7K. When it was installed, the drain pipe was installed at a slight angle up (not allowing water to drain properly).
Didn't have any issues until a couple of weeks ago, we were getting cool air, then warm, cool, warm.
They came out on Monday 7/17/23 (incidentally we had them come out in May to do a check and technician convinced us to get their service contract) and they discovered that the drain pipe had a lot of water buildup, they drained it and we provided 2 cinder blocks to lift the pipe approximately an inch for water to drain properly.
I was charged $153.00 for a diagnostic test and labor.
I called Barrett to dispute the diagnostic charge as it was their technicians that installed the drain pipe incorrectly and was told that it PROBABLY shifted.
I honestly would have been ok just paying for the labor but to charge us for the diagnostic fee was unacceptable.
Now I see why their reviews are so poor.
