Best Electrical Panel Installation in Durham NC

Our heat randomly stopped working at one of our rental properties so we reached out to Piedmont Metro for help! They had someone out the same day to not only diagnose but also fix the issue super quick! Very affordable & reliable! We'll definitely be using them again in the future!

Jason Hogg, the technician came out to my house on a Saturday to put in a shower/tub faucet. He had to cap off the pipes so he could come back to do the install on Monday. He scheduled the appointment and told me he would be back on Monday at 10am. I called Monday at 8am to ask for a detailed bill,  which by the way they do NOT provide. They told me I didn't have an appointment. Turns out someone didn't do their job I was not on the list. Long story short, no plumber ever came to fix my shower. Cody and Brandon the dispatchers did not follow-up with me to let me know they were late and may not be able to come. Finally at 5:15 I called them back again and was told no one would be coming. And they do NOT schedule a time for arrival for a service call.
The one star is for the amazing ladies who answer the phones!

Called to see if they pump septic and Kat answered the phone, once I introduced myself, she hung up on me.  

Called a 2nd time and a different person answers the phone and informed me they don't do septic services like there site says.
