I have designated First Class Plumbing and Heating as my only plumbing and heating service provider.  Shawn is absolutely wonderful!  He is very knowledgable, efficient and highly professional.  I would, and I do, recommend him to all my friends and family.  The office manager, Joelle, is always professional and ensures I have appointment times that work best for me.  Shawn always shows up at the scheduled time and gets the job done!

I've used First Class for a variety of jobs ranging from complex full bathroom plumbing remodeling and simple fixture change outs to heating system service.  I have never been disappointed!

JD is really professional. He is the only Hvac service that would answer the phone call after 6 p.m. in the area. I had him come over to repair my central heater system last August and today, for 2 different issues. He accommodated to address minor problems over the phone and he would come in only when something needs to be done by a professional. He works in a very professional way and very knowledgeable. Our system is fully fixed both times and the fee is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

I had a horrible experience with Discount mechanical and would recommend staying away from this company. I called because I had a clogged drain. The technician came to my house tightened the trap under the sink and then told me they don't do rudder work and they don't unclog drains. I was charged an hours worth of work. I listened to the recording with the technician and I specifically asked for help with a clogged drain and they failed to let me know that they do not unclog drains. I was charged a 145 dollars to tighten a T Trap.They are a worthless plumbing company that doesn't do plumbing. When I talked to the office manager she acknowledged the error on her staff for not informing me about the fact they don't unclog drains. She said she would reimburse me for 1/2 hour of service. When she called me back she said she would not reimburse anything after talking to the owner. I told her to have the owner call me back but the owner was too much of a coward to call me back.

No one ever showed up for tthe job. Keeps saying he will be here. No show. Only one person even asked about the job. A huge waste of my time.
