Best Water Softener Repair in Anaheim CA

I contacted Mike and his company on a 100 degree day when my AC suddenly died.  Mike was able to come out that same day (4 hours later) promptly diagnosed the problem, gave me a fair estimate, and completed the repair in less than 30 mins.  

I was impressed with his ability to properly diagnose and repair the difficulty and I felt I was treated with respect and honesty in the process.

I'll use Complete Plumbing next time I need a quick quality repair.

Hate to leave a bad review but Tim installed our water heater and completely ghosted me afterward. He said if I ever needed anything after install to call him.... well I have patiently tried to get in touch with him for three months now and he doesn't return my calls or texts. So I would say if you get an install from and he promises you a warranty or to change filters afterward, I wouldn't rely on that happening unfortunately.

I've had Petar do three projects for me now - water softener, whole house water filter, and under-sink reverse osmosis system.  In each case I shopped online for a week to select the product I wanted and bought them on my own on Amazon and at Home Depot.   Petar came and installed the units.   He did a great job - I have soft, pure water throughout the house now at a price this is literally less than 1/4th (including all my purchases and all of Petar's labor) of professionally installed equipment from the guys that work with Costco.   And Petar stands behind his work as I found when there was a minor issue - he was right back out and quickly and cheerfully corrected it.   This is the best way to go - I had quotes for over $10k for this project and its done for under $2k!!

You hope I can find a Company that can meet my expectations? I was just expecting a vendor that comes within a reasonable time of the appt window, if they're running a few hours behind, maybe letting me know, and actually performing the work when  they show up. I guess my expectations were unreasonable.

I could not be happier with the service we received today!  We had a plumbing emergency and Richie Ortiz came over on a Sunday and was not only very good at what he did, but very friendly and explained everything through our repair.  I could not be happier and will have him out to do some other repairs we need this week!  Thanks again!

Repipe 1 people are absolute professional and great. The repipe 1 team, 5 people, got the repipe job done in one day. After the city inspection is complete, second team came and patched up the holes in the walls and ceilings. They did a fantastic job from start to finish and my house look like nothing ever happened. Highly recommend this company for anyone who need to repipe the whole house.

Don and his crew were great. I called in the morning with a huge leak and they were able to come a few hours later to fix the problem and get my water back on. Don is very knowledgeable and thoughtful when explaining the issues and how to fix them. It's a family business which makes me happy to support them. The price was fair and they were quick and thorough. I would recommend them to family and friends and will use them for any future plumbing needs.

Kody was very responsive and well-spoken over Yelp messaging. Was able to let us know what we needed and helped us order the required part from our manufacturer, as it was covered by warranty.

He knew there was an expedite option and asked in advance if we wanted it before he ordered too.

I 100% recommend Carlos to install a water softener.  Not only does he provide a great product at a fantastic price, but his service is top notch.  Even a year after he installed our system, he was extremely responsive when we had an issue with the power running to the unit.  They say you can judge a person's character by how they act when no one is looking.  I give him an A+ for caring when most companies are just trying to make a quick buck.  Highly recommend!
