Best Water Softener Installation in Anaheim CA

Called for service early in the am and by noon service tech Mike arrived, he quickly diagnosed problem with our Noritz tankless water heater, and fixed it. He thoroughly went through a check list that including inspecting the burner, pilot and a list of other important PM's and like I said fixed the heater and got us going. The service charge was reasonable and at the end of the day we got our hot water back. Mike is very knowledgeable, I can tell by talking to him and he really knows Noritz.  I recommend this service contractor.

Can't say enough great things about Tim and the level of service and professionalism he provided. Tim doesn't just show up and get the job done, you can tell that he really cares about his craft and people's health when it comes to the water that families use. We had a great discussion about how California barely has legally acceptable tap water, but I didn't even know that now they put additional chemicals into the water which I do not want my family or my dogs drinking.

Tim is a great guy and very knowledgable about all types of water purification and filtration systems. Very responsive, prompt, a hard worker, and has a great mind when it comes to challenging installations as we ran into a couple of issues and he would not stop and went through trial and error diagnostics until the job was done correctly.

Kent came to install the Salt-Free Water/Softener (NaturSoft Series) today. What a pleasure doing business with him he explained every step from Turning on  the faucet to flush out the dirty water while he turned the water off for 40 minutes then he turn the water back on and I had to turn the faucet on again to flush it out and all the air to him letting us know we should have pure drinking water within 24 hours. He will also come out in 9 months to change the filter .  I highly recommend him if you need soft water.

Don and his team of hard working professionals are all you will need for your plumbing needs. They came out to my home and repaired a pipe showing high amounts of corrosion and found the source of a leak that had a few others stumped. They took their time explaining to me what would be needed and came in under budget saving me $$$. They even answered questions on a future plan to relocate my washer and dryer using revolutionary new methods that save from having to hammer out my concrete slab. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Kody responded to my inquiry and scheduled my appointment. He showed up on time and completed the new garbage disposal within the timeframe he quoted. He is very polite and so nice to deal with. Will be using him next time I need a plumbing job.

Had very low water pressure coming from shower head and hose combination. Contacted Tony he was very polite and informative. Samuel had the problem diagnosed and fixed in minutes. Very honest and even showed us how to remedy in the future. Would definitely recommend.

Carlos (owner) responded right away when i inquired about water softener. We did a video call so he can see the layout of my house to see what service he can provide. We discussed it & came up with the solution to my issues, the type of system needed for my house & cost. After agreeing to the cost & system over the phone, we decided on the installation date.
