Received prompt professional service from Jeff and Matthew.  They were very courteous, helpful and did a great job.  My issue was pinpointed in minutes.  Although their estimates aren't the lowest but they are doing the job right and installing quality equipment to ensure lasting stability.

Rick responded to my job inquiry through Yelp very quickly and gave a fair estimate for the cost of installing a new bathroom sink faucet and repairing/replacing a shower faucet handle.  Rick and Merick arrived in a timely manner and began work immediately.  They took the time to explain why the shower faucet I purchased would be a much bigger job and instead advised that we find a replacement valve cartridge and handle which would be much more simple and cost efficient.

Rick and Merick was then able to track down the specific valve cartridge needed from a nearby Ferguson Plumbing Supply and complete the shower faucet repair the same day.

Their price was fair and their service and completed work is excellent. Rick and Merick are friendly, cordial, and knowledgeable in their craft. I would highly recommend their services for any plumbing issues or projects.

If we could give Bob more than 5 stars we would give him 10. You couldn't ask for a more professional, honest, reliable person to help you with your home. We had Bob do 2 customs closets that were done in the time he promised and the quality and functionality better than expected.  When Bob heard we in urgent need to get our staircase railing done to get final signoff from the city, Bob jumped right in and created a beautiful staircase railing that others wanted double the price. We will definitely highly recommend Bob. Thank you Bob! See you for the next projects! :)

I don't have a good impression. I checked Yelp, 5 star reviews. Open 24 hours. I called and issue #1, their voicemail was full. The message gave another number to text, so I did. Issue #2 It's been 24 hours and I have yet to hear back from them. Not a good way to run a business. Good thing I didn't wait, I found an excellent plumber....so maybe I should thank Purdy for not answering their phone.

Noticed our garage ceiling was leaking water and reached out on Yelp for a plumber. Above All responded right away and the first thing they did, unprompted, was take me through steps to shut off the water at our home. I appreciated that thoughtfulness because I hadn't even given them my business at that point. Within 3 hours Ethan and his associate came out and did a thorough inspection. Unable to source the leak to any of the pipes coming from our baths and appliances they surmised the issue could be my neighbor's pipes and that the leak had spread to our condo. The next step is to have a conversation with my neighbor. They didn't want to tear through the drywall until they could confirm the water was not coming from the other side. So TBD but if work needs to be done on my side I'll give the guys at Above All a call back right away. As promised they didn't charge for the inspection and their time, which was substantial. I realize this is a review more for their professionalism and attitude than plumbing work but I think it's important to recognize either way. I will follow this post up if there is any work done in the coming days and weeks which is still a possibility.

Follow up: Welp the next day the drywall where the leak was came down. The guys came back right away and were able to identify the pipe and noticed it was right below where our refrigerator was on the floor above. We pushed the fridge away from the wall and sure enough water was slowly leaking from the water hose connection. The nut holding the hose had cracked. It was a simple, inexpensive fix to stop the leak but the damage had already been done to my floor and ceiling unfortunately. It was probably leaking for days if not weeks. And because the leak was behind my fridge there was really no way to detect it until it was too late. The Above All guys were great to work with though. Super courteous, prompt, fair pricing, no upsell, no BS.

Quick to reply on Yelp and ask follow up questions to better assess the issue. Arrived on time and fixed it in no time. Charged a fair price and even consulted on some other small projects in my home. Thank you!

They do good work and have reasonable rates. I guess they are really busy now since it has been a major struggle trying to set up appointments to finish a project. I have had to follow up multiple times before getting them out the first few times. There is one step left and I have contacted them 5 separate times and I got one response. Still no appointment set. I'd rather be told We are too busy to take on your case than to be stuck in limbo having to keep following up like this.

We use Phil for commercial plumbing and he does a fantastic job.

Phil is the guy want to call when you want professional work done that you wont have to call someone back to fix in a couple years. He makes sure things are made to last and really goes above and beyond. Sometimes its a little funny how he can even overthink something and really make it outrageously durable. We appreciate that a lot in a commercial setting.

He is extremely easy to work with and a really nice guy in general. I am very happy to have found him as he can have a full conversation to strategize the best way to attack a situation for the best price while also securing longevity of the product.

Great for general calls as well for plumbing issues of old pipes like we have in our old building as well.

Just overall a great easy experience and we don't think you can go wrong with him.

Very happy and satisfied with the quick response and service we received from OneStop.  Ryan was cordial and professional when he arrived on time.  Had everything he needed to fix out issue.
