We decided to have Rick and his team renovate our bathrooms. They replaced our bathtub, faucets, vanity, vanity countertop and toilet. They even laid out new vinyl flooring for both restrooms. Due to the small size and odd layout of our bathrooms, the job was more difficult than usual, but Rick tackled and solved the issues like a champ and even thought of ways to minimize our cost! Honest, reliable, efficient, reasonable and genuine is how I would describe Rick and his team.

My dishwasher stopped working and I decided not to invest any money into repairing it because it wasn't worth it for me...economically or energy wise. Instead I decided to put the space to good use and hired Bobby C's Handy 
Craftsman to build a cabinet unit for the space. I couldn't be happier. Bob built the unit to my specifications...3 sliding drawers, and the unit on casters for easy access when cleaning. I love my new unit and extra storage.

Ryan came out to look at the clog in the washer and a bathroom. He really worked the bathroom and took out some really nasty hairballs! He could have stopped and maybe tried to outsell me on hydrojetting but he kept at the snake to unclog both.

Nice work and a nice guy. Wearing shoe covers was a nice touch.

So my house completely flooded out randomly and a friend of mine told me about these guys who did good work at their place once and their prices were pretty reasonable considering other plumbing companies. So I called just to get some estimates and right off the bat they seemed so cool and patient, considering we had a lot of questions. When they came to leave an estimate they were so knowledgeable and it made you feel at ease. they helped us understand what happened and what needs to be done. We got a very reasonable estimate and went ahead with the work. The guys names were I believe Ethan and wesley? But anywho, they were able to get the job done within a couple of days. The best part is I was able to leave them at my house working while my mom and I were at work and not worry whatsoever. Very trustworthy and efficient young man and I would recommend their work to anyone I can because they truly do deserve the credit. Anyone who makes my mom happy makes me happy and she was on top of the world. I am so grateful they made such a horrible time less miserable, and to some extent enjoyable too! They were super funny and had great energy. 10 out of 10 thank you guys for all what you did for my mom and I. At some point the horrors of plumbing ruin someone's day not to mention bank account but you guys help ease the stress of it all. Thanks again.

First off let me say, Phil is great! My shower was not working properly and called up Express last Friday at 1:30. Phill showed up no later than 4. He was quick to respond to the problem. Came back Tuesday to resolve the issue(would have came earlier but my work schedule was everywhere) and within an hour my shower was back up working. Sometimes you do need a man to do the job. Thanks Express for your honest work and fast service. I really appreciate your business!

Richard took my call and walked me through a very simple solution that I did on my own with only a wrench. I was worried I needed a repipe, a new water heater, or at least a several hundred dollar plumber-visit. I ended up getting back full water pressure with only a 5 minute call to these fine folks and a little wrench turning. They'll be my plumbers for life!

Probably the BEST experience I have ever had with a repair company/man.

I thought I had a slab leak due to a warm tile so I made the call. The dispatch picked up first call and said they could send someone out same day between 2-4. (Typically you know its closer to 4 when they say that) The tech Nick called me at 1:50 and told me he would be here in 10 minutes.

Nick was courteous and professional and determined it was not a leak, and went over all the scenarios and what to keep an eye on if it were a leak.

He was out of here in 20 minutes, and cost me $0.

What a company. Definitely my next call for any issue.
