My husband and I hired BHI to service our AC over this miserably hot summer. I love that they are quick to respond and explain everything in such detail. Our condenser has seen better days and it was time to replace it. BHI took the time to inspect all areas to make sure it couldn't be fixed before informing us there was nothing more that could be done and our condenser would need to be replaced. They came to our home twice and even called the manufacturer of our air handler to see if a part could be ordered for replacement. This made me feel like they actually care for their customer and don't just treat them as a way to fill their pocket.

Unfortunately, we were not prepared to have our whole system replaced but we would have BHI do it in a heartbeat. Great communication and an honest company. You won't regret contacting BHI.

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood.  I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service.  I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses.  North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate.  They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would.  The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done.  He was quick and polite.  Highly recommend!

Our AC blew out and Juan came and gave our landlord a quote.  He came back the next day which is today and fixed it!!! We are very grateful and would definitely recommend him because he is very reliable, honest, and punctual. Thank you Juan!

My shower fixture has been a pain for 8 years.   It was stiff and barely moved.  We were able to live with it, but a week ago, it started leaking steadily, so much that we had to close the bathroom door to get some sleep.  I had used another plumber at one time but I could not remember their name, so I googled Huntington Beach plumbers.  I saw a lot of good reviews for Crandall's and went to their site.  I was impressed by what I saw and filled out a form on the site for an appointment.  This was at about 8 pm.  The next morning I checked my email and saw that my email had been answered at 10:30 the night before by Erika.  She asked me to call in the morning and I did.  We set up an appointment for that day between 1 and 2.  Although the plumber was running late, they called me several times to update me as to his status and finally when he was on his way here.  The plumber that came was Kano.  He checked out the shower and it was obvious that the repair was more extensive than I thought.  He talked to my husband when I was out.  Kano left to get the needed parts and returned in an hour or so.  He did the repair and made sure that it was working and that I saw it and tried it out.  He then cleaned the area very nicely.  The whole experience was efficient, pleasant and professional.  Kano was even nice to my dog!  I would definitely recommend Crandall's Plumbing.
-Additional note:  the next day we had a puddle in our garage which is directly under the shower that just got fixed.  We thought Kano had done something wrong and the pipes were leaking.  He came back out and checked his shower work from the day before right away.  It was fine, so he looked at the garage and discovered our water heater had a leak in the bottom! End of story:  a new water heater at a reasonable price, new features such as a release valve and a fixed water on/off valve to the heater (old one was broken) and confidence in Kano and Crandall's.
