Best Drain Field Repair in Detroit MI

I'm sorry to have changed my opinion on this company.  I've had them to the house in the past, and both services of cleaning out my main sewer line were done well.  One time, the tech arrived 45 minutes beyond the given timeframe.  He was good about it and discounted the service for me.  However my latest experience with their untimeliness, was bad.  When I called them after the no show in the given hour, I was told they goofed and put in another appnt without the appnt gal knowing.  When I called again because of still no show, they were pushing the time back another 2 hours.  I understand things come up, however given I had troubles in the  past with late arrival, this one being quite off & rude, and the availability of so many other companies, I'm moving on.  If you have a long timeframe to hang out and wait for them to arrive, they do a good job with the service.

I have to say something about my plumbing experience today. My sink was backed up and nothing was working. I called Even Flow Plumbing Drain Cleaning, Randy was on time and so professional, but that's not all, he went above and beyond to fix the problem that had to do with having an almost 100 year old house, he was here for two hours and basically snaked the drain and installed new pipes. I was sweating when he gave me the bill, I couldn't hide my shock at how reasonable it was!!  Please think of them if you need a plumber. They serve all of Metro Detroit

Bob totally bailed me out when I waiting most of the day for a different company to show up.  After I called them to see if they had forgotten about me, they pushed back my appt time even further while my leak continued to soak through a bath towel an hour!  I called a few other companies to see if I could get someone to show up sooner and luckily found Kauer and Son.  He got to me right after the job he was currently working, fixed my problem quickly and the price just about knocked me over because it was SO REASONABLE!  Bob is very kind and professional and I will always call them from now on!
