Rip-off artists. They wanted to charge $605 to replace a $58 igniter on my furnace. That's $547 labor for less than one hour of work. I told the technician to leave without doing the repair.
I will never use this company again.
Other HVAC companies in Boulder will do this job for much more reasonable labor charges.

Over the course of a couple of weeks I received a half dozen messages from Fix it 24/7 wanting to schedule an appointment to perform maintenance on my furnace. They told me that I had a credit for something around $50. I assumed it was from an overpayment on work that they had performed on my furnace a year before. Turns out the credit was fake. It was a ploy to get me to schedule an appointment for maintenance.
When the tech arrived to perform his maintenance he did not even have a new filter to replace the old one in the furnace. He advised that the igniter looked weak and should be replaced. I authorized it and he installed a new $388 igniter which I now doubt even needed to be replaced. Then he generously waived the $109 tune up charge along with the credit bringing the cost for the service down from $497 to $330.
He then left closed up the furnace without a filter and left. I then discovered that the actual cost of the $388 part is about $27.
I then realized that the constant phone solicitations were not to return any type of credit due to me, rather they were just a scheme to get a tech into my house to try to sell me unneeded service.
I also discovered through Yelp and the BBB that I am not the only person who feels as though they were intentionally ripped off.
I called the company that day and told them what had occurred and asked for a refund. The secretary/answering service took notes and told me they would have the office manager return my call. That was over a week ago. Still no call.
Then the next morning I awoke to a cold house. I got the furnace to restart and later when I returned from work the furnace had stopped again. I replaced the new $388 part that the technician had installed with the old part furnace has been working fine ever since. After examining the part that he installed I discovered that it is the wrong igniter and not a replacement part for my model of furnace.
I would not recommend having any service done by this company.

AAA took care of an issue from a previous plumber, they not only fixed the issues. But the professionalism from the manager Mike and getting to know Dominic and working with David and Ben. I would hire them again for another plumbing need. Great work ethic.

DO NOT USE. They quoted us $26,000 for a job another company did for $4,000. They are a bunch of salespeople that claim they're master plumbers. Pay a little extra for a sewer line clean. Don't be tempted by the cheap sewer cleaning. They will get their line stuck and threaten to charge you $500 to cut it and leave it. Other companies don't do that.

These guys are as good as it gets. Mad love for the people or their products. They were happy to educate me on the best option for my heating/cooling needs. I used them to put in central air at my previous residence and fix furnace problems at my new residence. Fast, respectful, and pleasant.

Plumbline installed our furnace 5 years ago. It was expensive but came with a guarantee. It has been a fussy highly maintained unit since then. We also pay Plumbline too maintain the furnace. The last time they looked at it was December 2021--they gave it a clean bill of health. We change the filters monthly. Lately we have been getting Blower Lockout messages and the furnace just stops working. We called and they sent a tech right over who said that we had drywall dust from a remodel 4 years ago in the blower and that it was not normal use and that we would have to pay $2K for a new blower. Hahaha--good one, Plumbline. We pointed out that they maintain that unit and have never reported this drywall dust from the long-ago project, that the remodel was done in an area on another floor that was sealed off with no returns AND that Plumbline, two years ago, jackhammered out the basement next to the furnace without protecting the furnace. The tech said that in light of that information the person who looked at the furnace in December was either lying or didn't know what he was doing--so he was going to have a manger call us. When Plumbline thought they could shirk the guarantee and have us pay $2K for a new blower--they were available the very next day to install it. When Plumbline realized that we would hold them to their guarantee--we never heard from them again. Hey manager--you were supposed to call me 2 weeks ago. My phone number hasn't changed. I am, however, married to a lawyer.

I have to agree with a number of others here on Yelp. I found my experience with Blue Sky pretty stressful. I had to learn a little bit so that I am not so gullible the next time. The original plumber sent to do the job was not what I expected to deal with in an experienced plumber. In short, he wasted a great deal of my time. Fortunately for Blue Sky, their owner does get involved and tries to rectify any problems. Jesse was a super nice guy and
did get a majority of the problem resolved. Unfortunately for Blue Sky, it
really was too little, too late. I had to take an additional vacation day to
have them come up a 2nd time. I still have a hole in our living room wall that we need to have repaired. If you ever use them, insist on Paul. He is the real deal. Very, very expensive for what they did, or tried to do. I will use Paul anytime. He would be the only one I would trust at my house.
