Best Sprinkler System Repair in Denver CO

Emergency Sprinkler Repair Pros Plumbing Service
Derrick was great! This was my first time needing to have my sprinklers blown out, so of course I waited until days before the first freeze warning. I chose him this time because he gave me the cheaper of the two estimates I recieved, but I'll choose him again in the future because he was super friendly, communicative, prompt, and because he talked me through everything he was doing, my options, and things to consider for the future.

My system is pretty old, so my blowout valve wouldn't accommodate the simple blowout method. Rather than try to upsell me on a new blowout valve or tell me this system was too old for him to service, Derrick took the time to work with my sprinkler valves directly, fashioning a custom coupler on the spot to work with my non-standard setup.

It was a pleasure working with Derrick and I will definitely use Emergency Sprinkler Repair Pros for my future sprinkler needs.

I called Khan out twice. Once to replace a garbage disposal. He charged a reasonable price, but he was done in 15 minutes because he said he was in a rush to head to the airport. My understanding is that garbage disposals should take at least an hour for professionals to replace, but nevertheless, the garbage disposal seems to work fine for now.
Now, the sketchy part. We had a pipe burst in the main water line, and water flooded the basement.
He told me he also does restoration for water damage. He left us a quote for over $7,000 for water restoration and said we had to pay 50% upfront. The other water mitigation company ended up only charging us about $3,000 and required no upfront payment; they billed the insurance company directly.
Regarding fixing the water leak, I called two other plumbers, and they and the water company agreed that we needed to excavate 6 feet of dirt in order to replace main water line. When Khan came out, Khan did not seem to know what he was doing. He mentioned going into the basement to try to find where the leak is and working from the basement. I wish he was more upfront about not knowing what he was doing. I would not use him for more sophisticated plumbing jobs.
I really wanted to like this guy and default him as our main plumber for our plumbing needs, but in the end realized I can't trust him to do our plumbing work for our properties.

Terrific service and wonderful communication.

I hired Dan's Lawn & Sprinkler to help me fix a leaking sprinkler head. They texted me when they were en route to my house and when they arrived. The service was quick, professional, and solved my problem. Both team members were wearing masks and remained six feet away from me at all times.

A+ all around. I will definitely hire Dan's Lawn & Sprinkler again for my future sprinkler needs.

Backflow Testers Plumbing Service
My experience with Backflow Testers has been the best experience with a contractor of any type in a very long time.

Two different trips to my home were scheduled, on both occasions, the technician was a few minutes early. Having owned several houses and rental properties, I can count on both hands the number of times contractors have been on time. Out of hundreds of interactions.

Ultimately, the work done was an incredible help to me fixing the issues with my irrigation system.

I noticed some water damage around my toilet.  First time home buyer..crap..better call a plumber.

Plumber immediately says, Yep, you have a problem...you'll need a complete toilet rebuild.

Me: What?  How do you know that will fix it.. you haven't found the problem.
Plumber: It's likely the gasket between the floor and the toilet..they go bad are done incorrectly with hardwood floors.
Me: So..you just do a complete rebuild?
Plumber: Well..it could be something else ***touches the base of the tank*** ..wait a minute..there is water here...it's likely the seal between the tank and the base.
Me: So it isn't the floor gasket?
Plumber: You still need a complete rebuild.
Me: But how much to replace the seal (pretty obvious there is water coming out of the base of the tank).
Plumber: We only do full rebuilds so that we can warranty the work.
Me: I guess....

**The seal was bad..it was completely falling apart**

The plumber even offered to swap out the ENTIRE TOILET FOR $800.

Imagine your car is over heating and you take it into an auto repair place.  Without even LOOKING they tell you that you'll need a new radiator, thermostat, water pump, and fluid flush.  Only after replacing everything (almost a thousand dollars in repairs) do they find that it was the failed $20 dollar thermostat.

You'd be pissed..why didn't you troubleshoot the problem and identify what was needed..instead of shotgunning everything in the hopes that one of them fixes it?

After talking to one of the plumbing managers..they said that this industry standard.  How can we warranty our work if we don't replace everything.  What?  Huh?  That doesn't make any sense.  In no other industry is it standard to just replace EVERYTHING.  How easy one's job must be if he or she has no requirements to fix...but simply replace everything and anything.

I've since been told that this is an at most $20 dollar part..and that I spent almost $400 dollars on an hour of work.  Is it leaking?  Not anymore.  Will I use Brother's plumbing again?  Likely not.
