Fixer - Denver Plumbing Service
I'm signed up for Fixer's monthly maintenance program and it's been great so far. I love the customer service, and especially that I can text with the concierge. I've had a few different fixers now and they've all been lovely and most importantly extremely knowledgeable, covering a broad range of issues.

Save Home Heat Plumbing Service
Perry from Save Home Heat has been fabulous with our air conditioning and furnace repair.  Very professional communication from the first call all the way through parts being ordered and final repair set up.  The repair was far less money than buying a new unit.  Will definitely be using this company again.

I called Eric because our business was in dire need of plumbing help.  He quickly gave me an accurate quote and came by, as promised, the very next day to fix our issues. Everything is now working very well! I gladly recommend Eric and Everyday Solutions

Ultimate Heating And Cooling Plumbing Service
I am very unhappy with their service. We had a warranty issue that damaged the whole unit however they refuse to fix it without us paying out of pocket. It's not their problem because they fixed the one warranty part that started the problem even though the unit is still not operating normally. It's a rooftop unit on a townhouse and is so loud you cannot stand to be in the bedroom below it, not to mention it's now vibrating in the entire house. This is not acceptable. They have had to come and recharge the coolant multiple times starting less than a year since it was installed. Now will have to replace a 2 yr old installation out of pocket for a WARRANTY problem that started the whole thing. Terrible customer service. We even offered to meet them halfway on a replacement with no regard. Avoid if you expect any sort of long term customer service. They seem to do the bare minimum and push problems back on their customers. Very disappointed.

Fix-it 24/7 Plumbing Service
Stay away from Fix-it 24/7. After having issues with our furnace we got conned into joining their membership program. They overcharged to repair our furnace but it was cold and we needed it right away. They insisted we changed our furnace for a ridiculous amount and glad we decided to wait. We got quote for almost half what they were charging. Then had another issue with our sprinkler valve. Again their quote was about three times more from other quotes. It's instante how much they overprice. So we decided to cancel our membership since we won't be having them do any work. Well, because it hasn't been a whole year, they now want to back charge us for any work done during the few months we had them. Even though we were paying them a monthly fee. It's ridiculous. Stay far far away

Even though i was called and informed about it, they were late for my appointment to clear my backed up sewer. I was scare tactic pitched from the moment the tech stepped inside my house. I had to let him know that if he could not just clear the drain, as requested, he would have to leave. Their warranty says 30 days on their receipt, but they will tell you its 14 days. This was the the third time in a year and a half i used them and the last. The old company was twice the money but had a no questions asked 90 day warranty and provided a better service.....going back to them.

We set up an appointment for Saturday due to our work schedule. Got a call from plumbline asking if we could do Friday do to the memorial day (Monday) weekend. Advised they could be there between 1-3p as we stressed we work and would need to make sure we are there to be able to put the dogs away and let them in. They advised they would call 30mins prior. Well here comes 230pm and still no call so we call them and was told our service guy would be there by 3pm. Here comes 315p and guess what, no call or no service guy. So, we call back and was told they told us between 1-5p. After correcting the lady on the phone and stating what we were told here comes the unfriendly tone of customer service all because they told us a time then tried to say that wasn't said. Now, if they would have told us 1-5p we would have said no and called another service clearly cause we both work. I'd advised to use another service that actually tells the truth and admit their mistake and make it right instead of blaming the people paying for their service. Needless to say we cancelled and went with another service. Word of advice as a business man myself running my own shop. If you are going to be or wanting to be closed over the holiday weekend don't list appointment times and dates on your website, confirm the date, change the date then try to blame it on the customer who's waiting at the specific time that was told to them. Terrible customer service and overall experience. Use at your own risk! But, say I didn't warn you!

I do not recommend this company for repairing swamp coolers.  The gentlemen came over to take a look at the coolers and said I would need a new pump, which was not true. He wanted me to purchase a new one for several hundred dollars. I went outdoors a couple of hours after he left, and I was surprised to find the water coming out of the pipes leading to the cooler. I can't believe a plumber would leave my back porch in such a condition. I had to fix the leak myself. The swamp cooler was not even cleaned out with dirty water still in the swamp cooler. After speaking to my neighbor who looked at the cooler and low and behold, he was able to get it going. The plumber installed a floater and charged me $427. A floater at Home Depot costs $15 dollars. There was nothing wrong with the pump, which he wanted me to purchase for $505. I will never do business with this company ever again.
