A Perfect Plumber Plumbing Service
We have used A Perfect Plumber a number of times over the years. They offer consistent great service. We have always been pleased with their work; and recently had a hot water heater issue. They took care of it in a professional and timely manner. The office staff and plumbers are very responsive and knowledgeable. We would recommend their services without question.

Fix-it 24/7 Plumbing Service
It made me sick to my stomach when I realized that this company is a complete scam. I have never written a negative review before, but I cannot in good conscience let them get away with what they did. They took advantage of my wife when our furnace stopped working on a cold day in January 2023. They convinced her that our furnace needed urgent replacing, and used gross sales tactics to pressure her into making a quick decision. In the end, they ended up replacing our entire furnace for over $13,000. They quoted us for an entire HVAC system for $28,000, which is beyond ridiculous. Luckily, we refused that offer, but we fell for the furnace quote. It was our fault for not doing our research, but they told us they were almost out of stock and we had to act immediately to not be at risk of losing heat again in the middle of the night. A comfort adviser came over and convinced us that we were getting a great deal. They subtracted the cost of the very expensive repairs, so in the end the furnace cost $12,500. After my wife signed the paperwork and they installed the furnace, I got a sinking feeling. The furnace was not as great as they had promised. Then, I went online and did a little bit of research. First, I found out that the type and brand of furnace we got should have been between $1,500 to $4,500 with an install cost of $500-$2,500. In other words, they charged us double what we should have paid. Second, I started researching this business on Yelp and BBB. I realized that I was not the only victim of their scams. Run away, run far away from this unethical company.

AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric Plumbing Service
This was going to be a very negative review, and I mean very negative. I recently had an experience with AAA Plumbing not by my choice but by my neighbors. They damaged a pipe and cause a lot of damage to my property. In dealing with them initially I became very aggravated. I was ready to talk to an attorney. but today after about 3 weeks I finally received a call from one of the managers today that informed me that hey were going to take complete responsibility of me and my damages.
I as a maintenance manager for a very large HOA understand that mistakes do happen and that sometimes things dont go the way that you planned, but in taking care of the issues and damages that you caused build trust and and assurance that you are a company that stand behind their customers and their own employees, their mistakes as well as their achievements, and  for that I can find no fault  I therefore would recommend AAA Service knowing that they will do their best, and will stand behind their work regardless of the outcome.
Thank you Amanda.

Plumbline Services Plumbing Service
I was dissappointed in my experience with Plumbline Services.  What happened:

- The technician arrived 90 minutes later than the 2 hour window Plumbline provided.

- The technician, who had a rather creepy demeanor overall, asked me several inappropriate questions about our neighbors, including what their names were, what they did for a living, and how often they were away from home.  None of this had anything to do with my service call.

- After a fairly quick diagnosis of our furnace problem, the technician sat down, pulled out his pad and paper, and...proceeded to sell me Silver, Gold, or Platinum service plans.  He did not provide any information about the problem with my furnace until I asked him to stop talking about the service plans and, rather, to discuss my issue specifically.

- He quoted $850 for replacement of a seized blower motor, a quote that quote came right out of his printed handbook.  We received a competing quote the next day at $500.

On a positive note, the $37.50 service call fee seems competitive, and Plumbline was able to get someone to our home on the day we called.

Overall, however, I was not impressed with the company's showing and, frankly, am a little disturbed that the technician may be casing my neighbor's house.

Blue Sky Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric Plumbing Service
These guys have always been way over priced, but now they are dishonest too.   Late Friday afternoon I overtightened the fitting on my swamp cooler.  It was hot, so we called blue sky to come and they said it would take an extra $100 after hours in addition to the $80 show up fee and then of course time ($180/hr). and materials.  I had to leave for an appointment so left my wife in charge.   They fixed the leaky fitting, but also decided that the swamp cooler needed a new float, which is $8.46 part.   They charged $254.68 for the float.  Total bill was almost $600 for just over an hour of work.

Run from these guys.  Do not trust them.
