This company was running a bit behind but we're still able to make it before the end id the day. Zach installed a garbage disposal quickly. He was also pleasant to talk to and very professional. Thank you guys for offering a competitive price as well as a military discount.

Once Julian got here he looked over our water heater and gave us a fantastic quote and a install time was scheduled!!
Day of appt I received a call asking if it was okay for them to come out sooner, I agreed.
Julian once again greeted me with such respect and professionalism.
He completed the job and it looks amazing we now have a new water heater up to code.

We are very satisfied with the work that CAW HVAC and Plumbing did for one of our plumbing issues at our Alice, TX Walmart. They showed up on time and resolved the issue with a reasonable cost. We look forward to using them again if we have any plumbing issues.

Graf plumbing broke my trust with the visit I had last week. I am a repeat customer, and I will not be using them again. In short, the Graf employee Jeremy used a shady tactic to try to pressure me into replacing a 5.5 yr old tankless water heater unit. See details below.

My tankless water heater started turning off after running for 10 mins, so we called Graf to come take a look. I was at work, so my wife was with Jeremy when he did some inspections and general cleaning of the unit, but that didn't fix the problem. The Jeremy recommended replacing the unit for around $1600-$1800 even though it's only 5.5 years old. I called to speak to him while he was still there. He said if the issue was the motherboard, it would only cost about $350 to fix.

When he left, my wife called all frantically saying that now the hot water doesn't work at all! It was working for 10 mins at a time before he came! How am I supposed to do the dishes? Take a shower? Laundry? I calmed her down and took a look when I got home. Jeremy bent the safety switch on the door back so it wouldn't make any hot water at all. That's a pretty damn shady way to make a sale.

I called Lamar Plumbing to locate a leak in the backyard.  They arrived in a timely manner.  The person they sent spent most of the time standing around and watching the water meter move.  A second person arrived about three hours later and the two dug up my yard.  They never found the leak and blamed the standing water on a city leak.  A week later the city came out and dug never found a leak on their side, water still standing everywhere.   Call a second plumbing company who found the leak in about 45-minutes.  They fixed the leak.  I would never call Lamar again nor would I recommend them to anyone.  My experience was terrible and I do not believe their plumbers have enough experience to be sent out alone.  Neither person sent by Lamar appeared to know what they were doing.

We had a HUGE problem with our vacation home. Austin,Damon and Tammy were there for us each step. They contacted us in advance to inform us what they were onsite for and went out of their way to make us feel at ease. This is our GO TO plumbers in 78412 zip code. Wish they came all the way to 78133 for work!  You will be very pleased with their service as well as their rates. 10 star review in my opinion.

I called at 8:00 a.m. this morning because my kitchen sink is clogged. I was assured someone would call and come out today. I called again twice during the day and was told both times that we were on the schedule and would get a call. It's now after 10:00 p.m. now and I never got a call back. If I had known they'd be so unresponsive I would have called someone else. Don't waste your time.

This company has been doing a lot of work for our widowed neighbor across the street. This morning 2 techs parked their truck and trailer right in front of my house, so b4 work, I went out to ask them for a quote on trimming the couple of trees that they were parked under. They took my name and number and referred my name to management. A lady with an Austin area code called me and gave me the hours til 6PM on weekdays.  I said I worked full time and would like to schedule something around 5PM next week. She then said a flat no, that the actual waiting window was from 4-6 which was the latest they could schedule for but that she couldn't request it for 5PM or after. That's a bit inflexible, so I told her I would find someone else.

I don't usually write reviews even when a company does a poor job. However, Owen Plumbing in Corpus Christi did such an exceptionally TERRIBLE job I felt like saying something. They were suppose to come out and unclog a sewer line. The plumber unclogged the line just enough to get the water to drain, flooded the toilet so badly that went from the bathroom to the bedroom through the closet and all the way through the garage and and got toilet water on my fiancé's wedding dress and ruined a pair of $600 alligator boots. Then said the the line is barely draining and will clog again and left. I called the company to ask them to come out and finish the job correctly and the manager Peggy would not let me talk; she tried to talk louder and faster every time I would talk like what you would expect from a small child who did not get their way. So as he said the pipe was clogged again in a few days. I'm not a plumber but unclogging a pipe is not rocket science. So I had to take time off from work to dig the pipe up and unclogged it like they should have done.  Long story short, I highly recommend you find literally anyone else to do the job. Very poor service all the way around.

I don't want to talk anything real negative about them here but you must google their Facebook page and find out the reason why it was closed because the comments are very true, As I personally experienced the same treatment. I cannot say they did a blunder with my project quality wise but The communication and responsiveness will definitely take extreme toll On your stress level.
