I called this gentlemen and he offered to come out when he was done with his current job. He also suggested I call the city to have the blockage checked on their end. I called the city and then after they checked, I called the owner back. He was out within 15 mins and had it cleared quickly after. He was very friendly and professional. Will definitely call him for future concerns with all plumbing issues.

This company was highly recommended to my family, that it was capable of doing an outstanding job when it came to ones own plumbing needs at home and that their prices were very reasonable. Well, it saddens me to say that the recommendations were wrong on both counts. This is based on my personal experience. I had been reaching out to Joe this whole time to see if by any chance we could settle this in a professional manner. As you can see this was never settled or I would not be writing this review.
It has been almost a year since Joe senior has performed his services on our property. Now Joe is an ederly gentleman and owner of his company and presents himself as a professional should. The day Joe came out to give me a bit on the job he was to do, we both got under my house and I showed him everything I wanted to be done. I informed Joe that the house belonged to my 81 year old mother and I was there to make sure no one would take advantage of her, like it had been done before. Now this was after Hurricane Harvey. I was informed by some of my colleagues not to hire people from out of state because they were ripping off the elderly. So instead hire people that had their business in and around our towns. It made no difference.
After Joe and I had our walk thru and I thought we had made ourselves perfectly clear about the job and the price, I could return to working out of town without worrying. Well, it didn't happen. While I was gone Joe thought I guess he underbitted the job, he raised the price twice bitting the job by $800.00 more, but never remodifying the job by adding nor deleting anything. not only did his company bit the job for more money but also left a mess inside our home as well as outside. I had to take care of that out of my own pocket as well. He worked on our toilet and bathroom sink which he didn't do a very good job of stability. I received a call from home that my mom had had a terrible accident in the bathroom. She somehow lost her balance trying to get to the toilet and grabbed the sink which came out of the wall and fell backwards into the shower tub striking her head. She was taken to ER where she was admitted for observation after a few hours she was released just a little banged up. I thanked God she had not broken anything. It took me a while to get my composure back before making a call to Joe's Plumbing. i did not want this getting out of hand or into a shouting match after all we are talking about a 81 year old lady that could have been hurt worst.
Anyway Joe's Plumbing did not take responsibilty for the work they provided. However they informed me that they would come out to the property and take a look at the work they performed almost a year ago, after I complained to them for a year.
Well, this goes to Joe's Plumbing Services & his employees, please do not come near my property or try to even fix things up for my mother. You of all people Joe being an ederly yourself and going thru a disaster such as Hurricane Harvey take advantage of another ederly especially a woman. Shame on you Joe's Plumbing Services. It was a very expensive lesson that is one thing I can thank you for. God Bless You!
