Always excellent!  Just the best, everyone we've had on a call, and especially Steve!!  The office staff are also great to work with always.

We recently noticed water accumulation in our garage adjacent to the hot water heater. We called our favorite plumbing place, Smart Plumbing! The plumber (Andrew) was fantastic. Andrew quickly diagnosed the problem, he determined the thermostat was non-functional and arranged for the parts to be shipped to our house (Andrew even determined that the parts were in fact covered under warranty which saved us a significant amount of money). Andrew is excellent, , he even gave me his cell phone number to contact him when the parts were delivered to our door!!!

The office staff handling phone calls are extraordinary, very polite, professional and efficient.!  

We have used Smart Plumbing in the past and have been pleased then and we are pleased now with our most recent experience. I have Smart Plumbing on speed dial and I recommend Smart Plumbing to anyone with plumbing issues! Promote Andrew to master plumber, also give Andrew a raise!!!

I called to have them come out and give me a price on a repair. I scheduled a day when I was off, they came the day before. I waited to call until after the appointment in the morning hoping they were going to come on the right day, Nope. When I called they couldn't find my appointment finally did. She said that she or one of the guys would call me back.  I heard from no one. I guess they are doing well enough that they don't need my business. I knew from past experience how this company was but i was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Oh well.
