A few weeks ago I requested services from Hand Plumbing.  I found the office person to be very professional and helpful.  They charge by the hour and are worth every cent.  The plumbers that came to my house, on time,  were very efficient and provided expert services.  I found them to be upfront and honest about everything and will definitely use them again.  I highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough good things about Taylor! I had a bad clog in my drain and he came right out to access the problem and got everything fixed. He has all the best tools and has saved me so much money! I absolutely recommend his company.

I was searching for a plumber to replace a gas hot water heater. I called several local plumbing companies and got quotes. A  plumber that would not travel (from Rockport to Portland). recommended BB Plumbing saying that he had known the owner for several years. Well, I am so glad that I took his advice and called. The owner,Bobby has been nothing but great. His employees were professional and went the extra mile. You will get a fair price quote and fast service from this company.

We hired them to do a plumbing inspection of a home we were thinking of buying... on a recommendation from a home inspection company.  They showed up, did a hydrostatic leak test, it passed, we were told the plumbing system was good... and they did not check the rear cleanout pipe in the backyard nor did they put a camera down the system.  A month later we closed on the home and the guest bathroom was clogged within two days of moving in.

We called a different plumber, they said since home foundation was repaired, drains in home and outside are not level and it likely should have been caught in the home inspection plumbing inspection and hydrostatic test Unique Plumbing did.    Their quote to fix the home plumbing issues is around $12000 which we sure would have liked to know about before committing to buying the home or we would have used it as a negotiation tool to lower the asking price of the home.

I called Unique Plumbing and their take seems to be, Sorry, not sorry.  We got your money, it passed our test, our business here is done.

Perhaps your experience with them will be better.  I am none too satisfied.
